Claims (9)

  1. 케이스에설치되어 압력에 따라 변형하는 격판과, 상기 케이스내의 대좌에 고정되어 압력을 검지하는 압력 검지부와, 이 압력 검지부와 상기 격판과의 사이에 봉입된 압력 전달액을 갖춘 압력 센서에 있어서, 상기 압력 검지부를 상기 압력 전달액에 침척한 것을 특징으로하는 압력 센서.
  2. 케이스에 설치되어 압력에 따라 변형하는 격판과, 상기 케이스 내의 대좌에 고정되어 압력을 검지하는 압력 검출부와, 이 압력 검출부와 상기 격판과의 사이에 봉입된 압력 전달액을 갖춘 압력 센서에 있어서, 상기 압력 검출부가 상기 압력 전달액에 침적됨과 동시에, 그 표면측이 상기 격판측을 향하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 센서.
  3. 케이스에 설치되어 압력에 따라 변형하는 격판과, 상기 케이스내의 대좌에 고정되어 압력을 검지하는 압력 검지부와, 이 압력 검지부와 상기 격판과의 사이에 봉입된 압력 전달액을 갖추고, 상기 압력 검지부가 상기 압력 전달액에 침적된 압력센서에 있어서, 상기 대좌를 부착한 스템을 상기 케이스에 고정하고, 또한 상기 스템을 관통하여 설치한 출력선의 단자를 상기 압력검지부에 와이어를 거쳐서 접속한 것을 특징으로하는 압력 센서.
  4. 케이스에 설치되어 압력에 따라 변형하는 격판과, 상기 케이스내의 대좌에 고정되어 압력을 검지하는 압력 검지부와, 이 압력 검지부와 상기 격판 사이에 봉입된 압력 전달액을 갖춘 압력센서에 있어서, 상기 대좌를 부착 한 스템을 상기 케이스에 용접한 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 센서.
  5. 케이스의 단부에 설치되어 압력에 따라 변형하는 격판과, 상기 케이스내의 대좌에 고정되어 압력을 검지하는 압력검지부와, 이 압력 검지부와 상기 격판과의 사이에 봉입된 압력 전달액을 갖추고, 상기 격판이 받은 압력 변동이 상기 케이스태의 도압통로를 거쳐 압력 검출부에 전달되는 압력 센서에 있어서, 상기 격판에 대면하는 상기 케이스부가 상기 도압통로를 향해 테이퍼형태로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 센서.
  6. 케이스에 설치되어 압력에 따라 변형하는 결판과, 상기 케이스 내의 대좌에 고정되어 압력을 검지하는 압력 검지부와, 이 압력 검지부와 상기 격판과의 사이에 봉입된 압력 전달액을 갖춘 압력 센서에 있어서, 상기 대좌는 상기 압력 검지부 보다도 지름이 크고, 또한 상기 압력 검지부의 전기신호를 외부로 끌어내는 출력선의 단자가 관통되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 센서.
  7. 케이스의 단부에 설치되어 압력에 따라 변형하는 결판과, 상기 케이스내의 대좌에 고정되어 압력을 검지하는 압력 검지부와, 이 압력 검지부와 상기 격판과의 사이에 봉입된 압력 전달액을 갖추고, 상기 격판이 받은 압력 변동이 상기 케이스내의 도압통로를 통해서 상기 압력 검지부에 전달되는 압력 센서에 있어서, 상기 케이스내에는 일단이 상기 격판에 임하고, 타단이 상기 압력 검지부에 임해서 구멍이 형성되어, 그 구멍에 파이프가 끼워 넣어져서 상기 도압통로가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력센서.
  8. 케이스에 설치되어 압력에 따라 변형하는 격판과, 상기 케이스내에 고정되어 압력을 검지하는 압력 검지부와, 이 압력검지부와 상기 격판과의 사이에 형성되어 압력 전달액이 봉입된 압력 전달실과, 상기 케이스에 형성되어 상기 압력 전달실에 연통된 나사구멍과, 이 나사 구멍에 나사식으로 부착되는 나사를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 센서.
  9. 케이스에 설치되어 압력에 따라 변형하는 격판과, 상기 케이스내에 고정되어 압력을 검지하는 압력 검지부와, 이 압력검지부와 상기 격판과의 사이에 형성되어 압력 전달액이 봉입된 압력 전달실과, 이 압력 전달실내에 설치되어 온도상승에 따라 체적이 감소하는 열 수축제를 갖추고, 상기 압력 전달액의 온도상승에 의한 체적증가분이 상기 열 수축제에 의해 흡수되는 것을 특징으로 하는압력 센서.
