Claims (13)
- 유체흐름에 대한 정보를 얻기 위한 초음파 감지장치에 있어서, 음파전송 물질과 음파통신을 하게 하는 에너지파 생성용 변환기와, 상기 음파전송 물질에 코오팅되고 정합되어 음파 임피던수 기능을 수행하여 이 물질에서 진행하는 대부분의 어떤 의사음파를 확산시키는 음파흡수층으로 구성된 초음파 감지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 층이 에폭시이고 물질이 금속인 초음파 감시장치.
- 제2항에 잇어서 에폭시층이 물질에 가해진후 화시 250°에서 소결되는 초음파 감시장치.
- 제2항에 있어서 에폭시층의 두께가 3mm인 초음파 감시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 물질이 유체를 내포하는 파이프인 초음파 감시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 물질이 변환기용 홀더인 초음파 감시장치.
- 제6항에 있어서 홀더가 변환기가 설치된 블라인드 호올을 지니고 유체이동 수단에 연결된 초음파 감지장치
- 제7항에 있어서 홀더가 파이프의 측벽에 맞게 만든 오목한 하부를 지닌 초음파 감지장치.
- 제7항에 있어서 홀더가 금속파이프에 부착되게 최소한 1개의 자석을 지닌 초음파 감시장치.
- 초음파 감지장치를 파이프에 설치하기 위한 홀더로서 파이프에 맞게 만든 하부위에 배치한 변환기 블라인드 호올을 지닌 홀더 부위와, 이 홀더를 파이프에 부착시키기 위한 수단으로 구성된 홀더.
- 제10항에 있어서 파이프가 금속이고 부착수단이 최소한 1개의 자석으로 된 홀더.
- 제10항에 잇어서 캡이 변환기를 차폐시키는 홀더.
