제1도는 세관이 연결되는 본 발명에 따른 커넥터의 부분 절개 평편도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시한 커넥터의 수직단면도, 제3도는 관이 장착되는 방식을 도시한 제2도와 유사한 단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 커넥터 본체와 링형 밀봉부재 및 소켓본체를 포함하며, 이 커넥터 본체는 그 전단부 측면상의 원통형 연결벽과 이 본체를 축방향으로 관통 연장하는 작은 체임버 및 주위벽부를 갖고 있으며, 상기 작은 체임버는 확대부를 구비하며, 원통형벽에 있는 연통구멍과 연통하며, 커넥터 본체는 상기 주위벽부에 대향하는 한쌍의 노치를 구비하며, 그후 단부에 지지벽을 형성하며, 상기 커넥터 본체에 형성된 작은 체임버로 상기 링형밀봉 부재가 삽입되며, 커넥터본체와 무관하게 만들어지는 소켓본체는 작은 체임버의 확대부로 삽입되며, 소켓이 삽입되는 방향에서 서로 마주보게 배치된 한쌍의 탄성 돌출클로벽을 구비하며, 이 소켓본체의 후단부벽은 상기 지지벽과 결합하며, 클로벽은 커넥터 본체로 삽입되는 파이프상에 형성된 외부로 돌출된 환형 돌출벽부와 탄성 접촉하도록 되어 있으며, 상기 외부로 돌출한 환형벽부는 파이프가 접속되는 파이프 단부에 근접위치하며, 상기 소켓본체는 소켓의 삽입방향으로 보아 소켓본체의 앞에 배치되는 환형벽과 이 환형벽의 후방으로 연속하여 외측 및 후방으로 방사상으로 연장하는 아암 및 블록형태를 각각 취하는 탄성클로벽을 포함하며, 이 환형벽, 아암 및 탄성클로벽은 하나의 유니트로 형성되며, 상기 환형벽은 작은 체임버에 결합되어 상기 링형 환형부개에 대해 가압되며, 각각의 탄성클로벽은 대응하는 아암의 후방에 있는 후단부를 가지며, 아암의 축선에 대체로 수직하게 돌출하므로 클로벽의 후단부는 서로 대향배치되고 테이퍼면을 갖는 후단부의 후방표면에는 개구가 있어서, 소켓본체가 커넥터 본체로 삽입하여 결합되면 커넥터 본체의 노치위치에 있는 클로벽의 전면은 삽입된 파이프의 환형 돌출벽부에 대해 가압되며, 클로벽의 후방표면은 지지벽과 결합하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세경배관접속용 커넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작은 체임버의 후방에는 단이진 큰체임버가 형성되어 있으며, 다수의 스톱퍼벽은 소켓본체의 환형벽의 후방면으로 부터 후방으로 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세경배관접속용 커넥터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파이프는 금속 또는 수지튜브인 것을 특징으로 하는 세경배관접속용 커넥터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소켓본체는 수지로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세경배관접속용 커넥터.
