Abstract

본 발명은 미끄럼 방지 노면 부착판 및 그 제조방법과 이를 이용하 미끄럼 방지 노면 시공 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 미끄럼 방지 노면 부착판은 기판(1)과, 이 기판에 침투된 골재(2)가 일체로 경화되어 있다. 노면 부착판은 폴리우레탄 수지액을 경화제와 혼합하여 기판(1)을 판체형으로 경화시키면서 이에 골재(2)를 살포하고 가입하여 침투시킴으로써 제조된다. 기판(1)은 안료로 착색이 가능하고, 골재(2)는 슬래그, 자갈이나 규석파편등으로 구성되며, 유리알(3)을 함께 사용할 수 있다. 미리 성형된 노면 부착판은 노면에 단순히 접착제로 부착시킴으로써 시공이 완료된다. 따라서, 본 발명은 종래에 폴리우레탄 수지를 노면에 직접 도포하고 결합제를 첨가한 경질 골재를 포장하므로써 시공시 차량이나 보행자의 통행을 방해 또는 통제하고 안전요원을 배치하는 등의 조치를 요하던 것을, 단순히 노면에 부착하기만 하면 되는 새로운 형태의 미끄럼 방지 노면 부착판 및 그 제조 방법과 이 부착판을 이용한 미끄럼 방지 노면의 시공방법을 제공함으로써 시공 기간과 비용을 절감할 수 있게 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a non-slip road surface attachment plate, a method of manufacturing the same and a non-slip road surface construction method using the same.
