Abstract

본 발명은 분자당 2개 이상의 1,2-에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하는 화합물(A1)과 사이클릭 카복실산 무수물(A2)와의 반응 생성물인, 2개 이상의 1,2-에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하는 화합물(A)와 임의의 경화제(B)를 포함하는 경화가능한 분쇄성 혼합물에 관한 것이며, 이는, 예를 들면, 접착제 및 피복 조성물에 유용하다.

Claims (20)

  1. 분자당 2개 이상의 1,2-에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하는 화합물(A1)과 사이클릭 카복실산 무수물(A2)의 반응 생성물인, 2개 이상의 1,2-에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하는 화합물(A)와 임의의 경화제(B)를 포함하는 경화가능한 분쇄성 혼합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(A1)의 에폭사이드 당량이 160 내지 1000g/mol인 경화가능한 혼합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(A1)이 비스페놀 A와 비스페놀 F의 디글리시딜 에테르로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 경화가능한 혼합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 사이클릭 무수물(A2)가 석신산 무수물, 프탈산 무수물, △4-테트라하이드로프탈산 무수물 및 헥사하이드로프탈산 무수물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 경화가능한 혼합물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(A)의 에폭사이드 당량이 300 내지 1500g/mol 경화가능한 혼합물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(A)의 유리전이온도가 20℃ 이상인 경화가능한 혼합물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(A)의 산가가 0.01 내지 20㎎ KOH/g인 경화가능한 혼합물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(A)의 수평균분자량이 500 내지 10,000g/mol인 경화가능한 혼합물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(A)를 합성하기 위해, 에폭사이드 화합물(A1) 1mol당 0.01 내지 1mol의 사이클릭 카복실산 무수물(A2)가 사용되는 경화가능한 혼합물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(A)를 합성하기 위해, 에폭사이드 화합물(A1) 1mol당 0.05 내지 0.5mol의 사이클릭 카복실산 무수물(A2)가 사용되는 경화가능한 혼합물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 카복실 함유 폴리에스테르를 포함하는 경화제(B)가 존재하는 경화가능한 혼합물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 카복실 함유 폴리에스테르의 산가가 15 내지 150㎎ KOH/g인 경화가능한 혼합물.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 카복실 함유 폴리에스테르의 수평균 분자량(Mn)이 600 내지 12,000g/mol인 경화가능한 혼합물.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅲ)의 이미다졸린 또는 일반식(Ⅳ)의 이미다졸을 포함하는 경화제(B)가 존재하는 경화가능한 분쇄성 혼합물.
    상기식에서, R은 서로 독립적으로 수소이거나, 알킬, 아릴, 아르알킬, 사이클로알킬 또는 헤테로사이클릭라디칼이며, R′는 R과 동일하거나, 알킬렌 또는 아릴렌 라디칼이고, R 및 R′는 하나 이상의 알킬, 아릴, 아르알킬, 사이클로알킬 또는 헤테로사이클릭 라디칼에 의해 치환되거나 치환되지 않을 수 있으며, 2개 이상의 라디칼은 헤테로원자에 의해 결합되거나 결합되지 않을 수 있다.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 경화제(B)가 존재하며, 2-페닐이미다졸린을 포함하는 경화가능한 혼합물.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 경화제(B)가 존재하며, 디시안디아미드를 포함하는 경화가능한 혼합물.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 경화제(B)의 양이, (A)와 (B)의 혼합중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.01 내지 90%인 경화가능한 혼합물.
  18. 제1항에서 청구한 혼합물을 경화시켜 수득한 도료로 피복된 기재.
  19. 제1항에서 청구한 경화가능한 혼합물을 포함하는 접착제.
  20. 제1항에서 청구한 경화가능한 혼합물로 피복된 여과지.
