Abstract

본 발명은 차체 정도에 영향을 미치는 요인의 해석을 용이하게 하여 차체 정도의 향상을 위한 조립치구의 조정작업의 효율화, 유효화를 꾀할 수 있는 차체조립치구 조정지원장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 발명에 따른 차체조립치구 조정지원장치는 작업물과 조립치구의 소정부위의 위치를 측정하는 측정기(1)와 작업물의 클램프상태를 검출하는 검출스위치(2)와, 측정기(1)와 검출스위치(2)의 각 데이타를 일괄하여 통계처리하는 중앙처리부(5)와, 이 중앙처리부(5)의 처리 결과를 기억하는 데이타 베이스(5)의 처리 결과를 기억하는 데이타 베이스(6)와 중앙 처리부(5)의 처리 결과를 화면에 표시하는 단말장치(7)를 가지고 구성되어 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 작업물 및 조립치구의 소정부위의 위치를 측정하는 위치측정수단과, 작업물의 클램프상태를 검출하는 클램프상태 검출수단과, 상기 위치측정수단 및 상기 클램프상태 검출수단의 각 데이터를 일괄하여 통계처리 하는 통계처리 수단과, 상기 통계처리수단의 결과를 기억하는 기억수단과, 상기 통계처리수단의 결과를 표시하는 표시수단과, 를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차체조립치구 조정지원장치.
