Abstract

본 발명은 항-융모 성선 자극 호르몬 -단일클론 항체 (ANTI-HUMAN CHRIONIC GONADOTROPIN-MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY)와 라텍스를 접촉시켜 항-융모성선자극 호르몬-단일클론 항체가 결합된 라텍스를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 방법에 따르면, 항-융모성선자극호르몬-단일클론 항체와 소혈철알부민을 1:5내지 1:40중량비의비율로 혼합하고 이 혼합물에 라택스를 가야여 반응시키므로써 항-융모성선자극 호르몬-단일클론 항체가 결합된 라텍스를 제조한다. 본발명의 방법에 의하여 제조된 단일클론 항체 결합 라택스는 항원결합성 또는 민감도가 향상 되었기 때문에 고상 면역 크로마토 그래피를 이용한 임신진단에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 항-융모성선자극호르몬-단일클론 항체(anti-Human Chrionic Gonadotropin -Monoclonal antibody) 와 라텍스를 접촉시켜 항-융모성선자극 호르몬-단일클론 항체가 결합된 라텍스를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 항-융모성선자극호르몬-단일클론 항체와 소혈청 알부민을 혼합하고, 이 혼합물에 라텍스를 가하여 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 항-융모성선자극호르몬-단일클론 항체가 결합된 라텍스의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 소혈청 알부민과 항-융모성선자극 호르몬-단일클론 항체의 비율은 1:5-40중량비임을 특징으로 하는 항-융모성선자극 호르몬-단일클론 항체가 결합된 라텍스의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 라텍스가 폴리스티렌인것을 특징으로 하는 항-융모성선자극호르몬-단일클론 항체가 결합된 라텍스의 제조방법.
  4. 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 라텍스의 입자크기가 0.05-0.5μm인것을 특징으로 하는 항-융모성선자극 호르몬-단일클론 항체가 결합된 라텍스의 제조 방법.
