Abstract

리륨 등의 셀활성물질의 도우프 및 탈도우브 용량이 개선되어 비수용매계 2차 전지에 적합하게 사용되는 탄소질 전극은 특정한 미세섬유구조의 탄소질 재료로 구성된다.
탄소질 재료는 X선 화절법에 따른 (002)면의 평균층면 간격이 0.365㎚이상이며, 부탄올을 치환매체로 사용하여 측정한 밀도 (ρB)에 대한 헬륨가스를 치환매체로 사용하여 측정한 밀도(ρH)의 비(ρBH) 1.15이상인 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 비수용매계 2차 전지용 탄소질 전극재료에서, 탄소질 재료는 X선 회절법에 따른 (002)면의 평균층면 간격이 0.365㎚이상이며, 부탄올을 치환매체로 사용하여 측정한 밀도(ρB)에 대한 헬륨가스를 지환매체로 사용하여 측정한 밀도(ρH)의 비(ρBH)가 1.15이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 전극재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소질 재료는 수소/탄소의 원자비 (H/C)도 0.1이하를 더욱 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 전극재료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 밀도비율(ρHH)이 1.20이상인 것은 특징으로 하는 탄소질 전극재료.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 밀도(ρB)가 1.70g/㎤이하인 것은 특징으로 하는 탄소질 전극재료.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소질 재료가 X선 회절법에 의하여 측정된 것으로 C축 방향의 결정자의 크기가 15㎚이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 전극재료.
  6. 석유계 또는 석탄계의 피치에 대하여 첨가제로서 비점 200℃이상의 2 내지 3의 방향환의 방향즉 화합물을 혼합한후 피치 성형체를 성형하는 단계와, 피치에 대하여 저용해도를 나타내며 첨가제에 대하여 고용해도를 나타내는 용제이고, 그 피치 성형체로부터 첨가제를 추출하여 다공성 피치 성형체를 잔존시키는 단계와, 다공성 피치 성형체를 산화시키는 단계와, 산화된 다공성 피치 산화물을 10KP에이이하의 감압하에서 900~1500℃의 온도로 소성하는 단계를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 비수용매계 2차 전지용 탄소질 전극재료의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 피치 성형체제가 산호를 포함한 가스로 산화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 전극재료의 제조방법.
  8. 도전성 집전재와 그 도전성 집전재의 일표면 이상에 배치된 복합 전극층을 포함하며 ;상기 복합 전극층은 입자형태의 청구항 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 탄소질 전극재료와 결합제를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 비수용매계 2차 전지용 전극구조.
  9. 양극, 음극, 세퍼레이터와 양극 및 음극 사이에 배치된 비수용성 전해액을 포함하며; 상기 양극 및 음극중 적어도 하나는 청구항 제8항에 따른 전극구조를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 비수용매계 2차 전지.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 전극구조가 음극으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지.
