Abstract

본 발명은 특히 자동차용 베어링 부시 및 이 베어링 부시를 만드는 방법에 관한 것이다.
베어링 부시는 금속으로 만들어진 내부튜브(10) 및 플라스틱물질로 만들어진 중간튜브(11)를 포함하는데, 중간튜브는 적어도 주변방향으로 미끄러질 수 있도록 내부튜브(10)에 기대어 있다. 중간튜브(11)의 바깥쪽에는 가황층(12)이 제공된다. 중간튜브(11)의 안쪽은 내부튜브(10)의 외부윤곽에 따라서 모양지워진다. 베어링부시를 만드는 동안, 플라스틱 중간튜브(11)는 금속내부 튜브(10)와 함께 가황몰드내로 삽입되어서 가황작용동안 중간튜브(11)는 내부튜브(10)의 외부윤곽에 따라서 변형된다.

Claims (9)

  1. 금속으로 만들어진 내부튜브(10) 및 플라스틱 물질로 만들어진 중간튜브(11)를 포함하는데, 이 중간튜브는 적어도 주변방향으로 미끄러질 수 있도록 내부튜브(10)에 기대어 있으며, 이 중간튜브(10)의 안쪽은 내부튜브(10)의 외부윤곽에 따라서 그리로 가황층(12)이 가해진 내부튜브의 바깥쪽위로 모양지워지며, 특히 자동차용인 베어링 부시.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중간튜브(11)를 축방향으로 잠그고 외부윤곽(21)을 내부튜브(10)가 가지고 있는 것이 특징인 베어링 부시.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 내부튜브(10)가 적어도 하나의 엔드 베벨(16,17)을 포함하여, 중간튜브(11)가 이것에 기대어 있는 것이 특징인 베어링 부시.
  4. 제1∼3항 중 한 항에 있어서, 내부튜브(10)에 기대어 있는 중간튜브(11)의 카르단 편향을 가능하게 하도록 굽어진 외부윤곽(21)을 내부튜브(10)가 가지고 있는 것이 특징인 베어링 부시.
  5. 제1∼4항 증 한 항에 있어서, 가황층(12)이 측방으로 돌출하는 밀봉림(19,20)을 이용하여 형성되는 것이 특징인 베어링 부시.
  6. 제1∼5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가황층(12)과의 결합을 향상시키는 결합제가 중간튜브(11)의 바깥쪽에 제공되는 것이 특징인 베어링 부시.
  7. 제1∼5항 중 한 항에 있어서, 가황층(12)에 연결된 외부튜브(13)가 제공되는 것이 특징인 베어링 부시.
  8. 제1∼7항 중 한항 또는 그 이상의 항에 있어서, 내부튜브(10)와 플라스틱 중간튜브(11)가 가횡몰드내로 함께 삽입되어, 중간튜브(11) 가 가황작용동안 내부튜브(11) 가 가황작용동안 내부튜브(10)의 외부윤곽(21)에 따라서 변형되는 것이 특징인 베어링 부시를 만드는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 가황층(12)과의 결항을 향상시키는 결합체가 중간튜브(11)의 바깥쪽위로 가해지는 것이 특징인 방법.
