Abstract

O- 및 N- 아실 화합물은 세척제, 표백제, 청정제 및 소독제에서 무기 퍼옥소 화합물의 활성화에 사용된다.
일반식(I)의 화합물이 수성 표백제, 세척액, 청정액 및 소독액에서 매우 효과가 큰 활성화제임이 밝혀졌다. 특히 바람직한 활성화제는 N-n-노나노일석신이미드이다. 본 발명은 또한 무기 퍼옥소 화합물과 본 발명에 따르는 활성화제를 함유하는 표백제, 세척제, 청정제 및 소독제에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, R1은 C6내지 C10알킬 그룹이고, R2은 수소 또는 선택된 치환체이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 과산화수소 및 수성 표백액, 세척액, 청정액 및 소독액중에서 과산화수소를 방출하는 무기 퍼옥소 화합물용 활성화제로서의 일반식(I)의 N-알카노일 화합물의 용도.
    상기식에서, R1은 C6내지 C10알킬 그룹이고, R2는 수소, HOOC- 또는 HO3S- 그룹 또는 이들 산의 염, C1내지 C4알킬 그룹 또는 하이드록실 그룹이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 활성화가 주로 pH 값이 8 내지 11인 수용액 속에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 용도.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 과붕산나트륨 또는 과탄산나트륨이 무기 퍼옥소 화합물로서 용액 속에 존재함을 특징으로 하는 용도.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 과산화수소 또는 무기 퍼옥소 화합물로부터의 활성 산소당량당 1 내지 0.05mol, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 0.1mol의 일반식(I)의 활성화제, 특히 R1이 n-옥틸이고 R2가 H인 활성화제가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 용도.
  5. 제1항에 따르는 일반식(I)의 화합물을 활성화제로서 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 물의 존재하에 과산화수소를 방출하는 무기 퍼옥소 화합물(a)과 N-알카노일 화합물 기본 활성화제(b)를 함유하는 산화제, 표백제, 청정제 또는 소독제.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 무기 퍼옥소 화합물 1mol당 일반식(I)의 활성화제를 1 내지 0.05mol, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 0.1mol 함유함을 특징으로 하는 산화제, 표백제, 청정제 또는 소독제.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 무기 퍼옥소 화합물로서 과붕산나트륨·1수화물, 과붕산나트륨·4수산물, 과산화 과붕산나트륨 또는 과탄산나트륨을 함유하는 산화제, 표백제, 청정제 또는 소독제.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 2 내지 35중량% 무기 퍼옥소 화합물, 0.2 내지 20중량%의 일반식(I)의 활성화제, 5 내지 30중량%의 음이온성 및/또는 비이온성 계면활성제, 5 내지 60중량%의 무기 증강제, 0 내지 20중량%의 유기 증강제 및 100중량% 총당량의 통상적인 보조 물질 및 물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 세척제 및 표백제.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 5 내지 50중량%의 무기 퍼옥소 화합물, 2 내지 30중량%의 일반식(I)의 활성화제, 0 내지 5중량%의 과산화물 안정화제, 0 내지 40중량%의 pH조절제 및 100중량% 충당량의 기타 통상적인 보조물질 및 물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 표백 첨가제.
  10. 제1항에 따르는 일반식(I)의 활성화제.
