Abstract

경금속으로 된 자동차 바퀴는 중공 스포크를 둘러싸는 방사상 바퀴를 구비하고, 방사상 바퀴는 용접으로 림과 연결된다. 방사상 바퀴는 주조물로 이루어지고 림은 압출법으로 제조할 수 있으며 양 바퀴 부품은 마찰용접을 통해 서로 연결된다.

Claims (7)

  1. 경금속으로 이루어지며 중공 스포크를 둘러싸는 방사상 바퀴를 구비하고, 이를 용접으로 림에 연결한 자동차 바퀴에 있어서, 방사상 바퀴(2)는 주조물로 이루어지고 주조 또는 단조된 림(3)은 압출법으로 제조되고, 양 바퀴 부품(2,3)을 마찰 용접으로 서로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 바퀴.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 방사상 바퀴(2)와 림(3)은 마그네슘 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 바퀴.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 방사상 바퀴(2)와 림(3)은 알루미늄 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 바퀴.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 방사상 바퀴(2)는 알루미늄 합금으로, 림(3)은 마그네슘 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 바퀴.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 방사상 바퀴(2)는 알루미늄 합금으로, 림(3)은 티탄 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 바퀴.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 방사상 바퀴(2)는 마그네슘 합금으로, 림(3)은 티탄 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 바퀴.
