Abstract

다용도 칠판시트를 제조함에 있어서 대판에 피티를 바르고 묽은 전분호료를 바른후 직포를 부착시켜 도막판이 변형없이 대판으로부터 쉽게 분리되고, 철망을 양면테이프로 직포층에 평활하게 부착시킴으로써 칠판도료의 간단한 도포로써 직포, 철망, 칠판도막층이 일체가 되는 칠판시크(도막판)을 얻는다. 특히 직포층으로 인한 접착력이 접착시공을 간편하고 견고하게 하여 주는 효과가 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 대판(1)상에 피티층(2)을 형성하고 그 위에 직포층(4)을 전분풀로 접착건조후, 자성층(6)에 적당한 간격으로 양면접착테이프를 압착고정시키고 붙어 있는 간지를 제거하고 자성층을 직포층위에 수평으로 압착고정한 다음 자성층 위에 칠판도료를 수회 수평도장 건조, 마감시켜 칠판도막층(7)을 형성시킨 후 피티층(2)과 직포층(4) 사이를 분리하여 박리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 칠판시트(도막판)의 제조방법.
  2. 직포층(4)과 이 직포층(4)상에 형성된 양면접착테이프층(5)에 평활하게 접착고정된 자성층(6) 및 자성층 상부에 형성된 칠판도막층(7)으로 이루어지며, 상기 칠판도막층(7)이 상기 직포층(4)에 까지 침투 흡착되어 직포층(4), 양면접착테이프층(5), 자성층(6) 및 칠판도막층(7)이 일체형으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 칠판시트.
