Abstract
진동흡수부재는 종래의 첨가제를 함유하는 폴리아미드 탄성체, EPDM 중합체 및 SEBS 중합체로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 발포된 열가소성 중합체로 이루어지고, 발포구조는 내부에서 외부표면 쪽으로 감소하는 기공크기를 갖고 매끈한 폐쇄표면으로 마무리된다.

제1도는 나사식 볼트상에 고착을 위한 수용부를 갖는 본발명의 구조적 발포체로 제조된 라인홀더(lineholder)의 단면도이다,
제2도는 제1도의 라인홀더에 대하여 확대한 부분 단면이다,
제3도는 본 발명의 발포된 구조적 또는 기능적 부재와 종래기술의 2-성분 형성부재의 진동흡수의 그래프이다,
제4도는 본 발명의 발포된 구조적 또는 기능적 부재와 종래기술의 고무 삽입물을 갖는 진동흡수의 그래프이다,
제5(A),(B) 및 (C)도는 종래기술의 3가지 라인홀더의 단면도이다.
Claims (10)
- 종래의 첨가제를 함유하는 폴리아미드 탄성체, EPDM 중합체 및 SEBS 중합체로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 발포된 열가소성 중합체로 이루어지고, 발포구조가 내부에서 외부표면쪽으로 감소하는 기공크기를 갖고, 매끈한 폐쇄표면으로 마무리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동흡수부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기공크기가 85 내지 2000 마이크로미터 범위이고, 부재의 밀도가 0.5 내지 0.95/㎤ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 진동흡수부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5 내지 50%의 평균 팽창도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 폴리아미드 6 또는 폴리아미드 12 둘다를 기초로 하는 폴리에테르에스테르 폴리아미드 및 폴리에테르 폴리아미드로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 폴리아미드 12 및 폴리프로필렌에테르디아민을 기초로 하는 폴리에테르에스테르 폴리아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 1 내지 7중량%의 팽창제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 1 내지 5중량%의 팽창제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 1 내지 3중량%의 팽창제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방염제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 라인홀더, 고착부재, 설치판, 라이닝 부재 및 제1항의 부재로 이루어지는 흡수부재로 구성되는 군의 진동흡수부재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
