Abstract

본 발명의 진동 장치용 굴곡 스프링 지지부(40)는 고정 부재(42)와, 일정 평면내에서 이동하도록 대향하에 이격된 부재(48) 및 상기 부재(42,48)를 서로 결합시키는 다수의 굴곡 스프링 빔(46)을 포함하는 단일 금속체로 이루어지고, 상기 각각의 굴곡 스프링 빔(46)는 실질적으로 일정한 변형율로 테이퍼진 빔으로써 이루어진다.

제 3도는 진동 장치를 위한 개선된 굴곡 스프링 지지부의 부분적으로 절단된 정면도,
제 4도는 개선된 굴곡 스프링 지지부의 부분적으로 절단된 평면도,
제5도는 굴곡 스프링과, 상기 굴곡 스프링이 결합되는 부재 사이의 합체면(mergine surface)을 나타내는 부분적으로 절단된 평면도,
제 6도는 본 발명이 주요부를 형성하는 단일 굴곡 스프링의 단면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 고정 프레임에 결합되는 제1부재와; 상기 제1부재와 대향 이격되어, 작동 수단에 따라 일정 평면내에서 병진 운동하게 되는 제2부재와; 상기 제1부재를 제2부재에 결합시키는 다수의 이격된 굴곡 스프링을 포함하는 진동 장치용 굴곡 스프링 지지부에 있어서, 상기 제1부재와, 제2부재 및 굴곡 스프링은 일체의 금속 부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 장치용 굴곡 스프링 지지부.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2부재의 운동이 없을 경우에, 스프링의 각각은 실질적으로 상기 평면과 수직으로 배열된 축을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 장치용 굴곡 스프링 지지부.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스프링의 각각은 양방으로 고정되어 변형율이 일정한 테이퍼진 빔으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 장치용 굴곡 스프링 지지부.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 빔의 각각은 4개의 측면을 가지며, 상기 측면의 각각은 높은 응력점을 피하기 위해 제1부재와, 굴곡 전이면을 갖는 제2부재와 합체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 장치용 굴곡 스프링 지지부.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 빔은 원형으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 장치용 굴곡 스프링 지지부.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 4개의 측면은 외부 원통형 굴곡면과, 내부 원통형 굴곡면 및 실질적으로 평평한 2개의 면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 장치용 굴곡 스프링 지지부.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1부재는 환형상의 판으로 구성되고, 제2부재는 일정한 판으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 장치용 굴곡 스프링 지지부.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2부재는 제2부재상에 작동하는 전자기 수단에 따라 병진 운동을 받게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 장치용 굴곡 스프링 지지부.
