FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a foot support structure, and more particularly to a shoe structure consisting of a suspender strap that can be hooked into a lateral rim of the top of a shoe outsole under a lower lateral foot shoe. The straps hang over the top of the center of the foot and then unfold and attach to the outsole beneath the upper center foot, so that the shoe can be properly supported when worn.
In understanding the foot as a system, several factors affecting the function of the foot have been studied, particularly with respect to the weight-bearing foot. The practical need for such knowledge lies in the fact that a model of the actual structural foot can predict the gait and the effect of the shoe on it. Furthermore, by knowing how shoes affect the behavior of athletes, optimal shoes could be designed without the usual "experiential" standard shoe development methods.
The traditional foot model is a bipedal bipedal model in which the shoe-footed foot is maintained as a rigid structure with an ankle axis and a subtalar axis. The anterior part of the foot is relatively simple, but there are several small bone movements centered around the central axis of the musculature. The mean direction of the effective axis under the ankle, called the Centala axis, was the centerline of the body as measured by Einman, VT of the Joints of Ankle, Williams and Wilkins Corporation in 1976. About 42 vertically 16 horizontally It is called. The theory, however, is not valid for feet with weight-bearing shoes, because the weight is mechanically crushed when the force exerted by the weight is applied to the normal single centrala axis.
Now suppose the foot consists of two foot pads and three axes. The underlying lateral foot is basically a rigid base consisting of the calcaneus, the cubic bone, and the fourth and fifth metatarsal bones. The rest of the foot, which consists of the scaphoid bone, the first, second, and third tongue bones, and the first, second, and third middle bones, is called the "Centala joint axis". Spreads from the talus at the circumferential vertebral interface with the reversible / abduction functions of the lower foot foot, which may be called. However, this joint, called the upper pontoon, is only secondary to the actual foot device. The main mechanical load interface is located around the lower lateral foot behind the talus, above the calcaneus, followed by the talus joints. have.
「Keep in mind that the foot functions differently when the shoe is worn than when it is handled manually by a doctor or the like in the room, which helps to explain the conventional misconceptions about how the foot functions when wearing the shoe. ``
From this new understanding, a new structural model of the foot with two separate foot pads superimposed with the fascia and three approximately orthogonal axes was created. The three axes consist of (1) an ankle (ankle) axis, (2) a cochlear axis formed in the articular surface between the sternum and the calcaneus, and (3) a resident bone axis formed in the articular surface between the sternum and the iliac bone. to be.
The transverse support suspenders of the present invention represent a novel structure based on providing minimal foot support to the center of the foot according to the bipedal model.
Advantages of the transverse suspenders of the present invention over conventional structures are the fact that the position of the foot relative to the shoe is maintained because the transverse suspenders are fixed to the outsole. This is accomplished without pushing or pulling the midfoot bow on the shoe.
The transverse suspenders of the present invention are positioned to conform to certain anatomical indications of the foot with respect to the outsole of the shoe. Thus, there are front and rear melanges on the side and center of the shoe. At the side and the center of the outsole there is at least one more string between the strings. The lanyards are positioned so that the anterior side lanyard is behind the fifth metatarsal head. The lateral end then crosses the foot adjacent the calcaneus-cuboidal joint. The anterior medial cord should face behind the first metatarsal head. The center strap should then pass backwards, adjacent to the columnar container.
The suspenders may be mounted in each central slot and side slot in the outsole. Alternatively, the suspenders may be directly bonded to the top of the outsole without their slots using their respective slots. The straps serve as separate and independent backlines, each of which is necessary to provide adequate support in the middle of the foot.
The central slot of the outsole is arched and three anatomical points (1) the trailing edge of the first metatarsal head (2) the second or third lingual bone (preferably the third lingual bone), and (3) the middle of the bone It is under the edge. Note that a smooth ball is only related to a smooth groove in the outsole, and each anchor point corresponds to the direction of the string.
The side slots of the outsole have their full length beneath the lower foot column. This highly linear slot thus extends the fifth species from the trailing edge of the head to a position adjacent to the calcaneus-cuboidal joint.
According to the present invention, more people can be properly adapted to a certain length of shoes, thus reducing factory inventory. In addition, the suspenders size and strength must be maintained until manually readjusted.
Therefore, the main purpose of the present invention is to anatomically improve the structural support of the foot according to the bipolar triaxial foot model.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a support suspender structure that is attached to the shoe outsole to be fully adjusted regardless of the front and rear fit of the foot.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a support suspender structure that is adjustable to center the foot by 90% outside the statistical inner diameter range for a given foot length.
Another object of this field name is to provide a lateral suspender that does not change the length of the suspenders even after the initial adjustment.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide an effective, repeatable and ergonomic large diameter adjusting device due to a relatively unstretched suspenders.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 and 2 compare the shoe structure of the present invention with a conventional conventional structure. In FIG. 1, which shows the schematic of the two shoe feet of a conventional shoe, the forces exerted on the foot in the center of the foot pass through the longitudinal line of the upper foot, down to the midfoot area where the foot is pressed towards the arched pedestrian. . Figure 2 shows the schematic two foot pads in the shoe of the present invention, with the forces applied to the foot wearing the shoes at the center of the foot pointing sideways through the longitudinal line of the upper foot pad.
3 is a perspective view of the average measuring foot. In FIG. 4 the large midline 17 of the foot represents the shoe structure of the present invention and schematically shows the general direction of winding the outsole, the fixing
The suspenders of the present invention in the embodiment of the invention shown in FIGS. 15-11 are called horizontally supported suspenders 10 because they are attached directly to a relatively rigid outsole in a manner that supports the midfoot arch in a suspender form.
At the center of the foot of the
In the embodiment of FIG. 6, one end of the various suspenders 18 at the central side of the foot is secured to the arched central slot 14 of the
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 8, 9, the cross sections 31, 33 of the respective inner ends of the slots 30, 32 are enlarged. Thus, the slots 30, 32 function as channels on the top of the
10 and 11, the upper portion of the
An insole-inner liner member 56 is attached to the insole base 58, and the insole base 58 itself is secured to the outsole 50 over the tab-suspension connection. The inner flap 60 and the
In each embodiment of the present invention, the structure and location of the suspenders are determined according to proven anatomical indicators. Therefore, the anterior suspenders should be behind the fifth mesosol head. Also, the lateral suspenders should cross the foot adjacent to the cartilage-cubic joint. The anterior central suspenders should be behind the first metatarsal head. The central suspenders should then pass right next to the columnar ridges and then face backwards. The length of the central slot 14 and the lateral slot 16 is sufficient for the suspenders to obtain this anatomical position. If desired, one or more suspenders may be further spaced between the front and rear suspenders on each side of the outsole.
The center bond points in the center slot are approximately arched below the midfoot arch. The transverse suspenders should provide a number of unique suspenders to extend into this central arch area. The harnesses must be strong and relatively unstretched, and the important thing is that they can be adjusted in length irrespective of each other. The straps at the center and sides of the foot should be free of stiff coverings that will interfere with their independent control or should not adhere to the stiff tops.
The term "relatively non-extensible" should be defined for the present invention. Conventional shoe laces are frostbite woven structures that provide a fiber arrangement where a cone strain must occur before significant load can be adjusted. One of the conventional shoe laces increased by 5% but withstands a load of only 2.268 kg (51b). While the modulus of the shoe lace continues to increase, it is more advantageous for the present invention to have a significant initial modulus in which the supporting suspender fibers remain linear over the effective support range. Such characteristics can support considerable force even at much lower strains. Aesop is the non-extension necessary for the supporting suspenders of the present invention.
In order to further improve the fitting ability, it is advantageous that the center anchor points can slide as in FIG. The fastening method, the strap adjustment, and the locking means can be achieved in several ways.
As long as the minimum strength and stiffness of the suspenders is maintained without applying local pressure on the foot, the shape and specific mechanical properties of the strap may change.
A hoop consisting of the mid and lateral straps and the outsole between the mid and lateral anchor points shall not extend more than about 10% even under a load of two or three times the weight. In general, the maximum suspenders load will occur during an operation such as heavy running, and the load will first catch the back straps during the gait and then move forward during the middle stride. When standing, the load tends to be more evenly distributed.
The method of maintaining the relative positions of the straps may vary, for example by adhering to the top fabric and / or to some additional hemp cloth.
The transverse suspenders of the present invention have excellent longitudinal flexibility during foot rolls. As you walk or put pressure on your feet, the upper and lower feuds need to rotate about each other. The suspenders provide separate independent backlines to help provide the necessary support. By enclosing in this way, a wider range of sizes can be obtained. In addition, suspenders secure the foot to the outsole while lifting up the shoe top tightly surrounding the foot.
The suspenders straps used in the present invention may be of any of a variety of constructions, such as narrow flat straps or a single filament material with a cushion material underneath to protect the foot epidermis. However, if the strap width is too wide, it tends to lift the foot at certain points and generate excessive local pressure on the foot. Wide stretchy strings have problems with their orientation and create local pressure points. In the case of a band that can be used in the present invention, a polyester ribbon band having a width of about 0.953 kg / cm (3/8 in) and a modulus of about 93.632 kg / cm (5251b1 / in) has good results. At least five center straps and six lateral straps of this type were used in one embodiment and their total contact area for the Velcro fasteners was about 16.13 cm 2 (2.5 in 2 ). In this example, a polyurethane outsole with a thickness of about 1.27 cm (0.5 in) and a shore hardness of about 50 durometer was used.
According to the present invention, there is provided a supporting suspender structure that can be adjusted to center the foot by 90% of the large diameters of the statistical range for a given foot length. According to the standard deviation calculation, a ± 10% adjustment will match 90% of the large diameters. For example, a foot of a size 9 person with an average diameter of 25.4 cm meets 90% of the requirement, resulting in only 5.08 adjustments to the suspenders.
It is an object of the present invention to provide uniform backlines that match the force required to maintain the necessary support. By identifying the characteristics of two foot prints, they can form large diameter structures that attach to the outsole based on their respective positions. By attaching suspenders under the upper footbed in the middle, the provided support of the forefoot arch serves to rule out the need for any kind of forefoot “insert” as shown in FIG. If necessary, blowing agents or interfacial braking may be used to avoid local pressures.
The device for tying suspenders can be of any conventional form that is relatively inextensible so that it only loosens slightly when the straps are first tightened with minimal load on the foot or no load at all.
