Abstract

디올레핀 수소첨가 촉매로서 효과적인 지지된 촉매 조성물은 팔라듐, 은 및 플루오르화 알칼리 금속으로 구성된다. 상기 촉매 조성물은 수소 기체로 C4-C10디올레핀 (바람직하게 1,3-부타디엔)을 상응하는 모노올레핀으로 선택적으로 수소첨가시키는 데 사용된다.

Claims (21)

  1. (a) 팔라듐 금속 또는 팔라듐 화합물인 하나 이상의 팔라듐-함유물질, (b)은 금속 또는 은 화합물인 하나 이상의 은-함유 물질, (c) 하나 이상의 플루오르화 알칼리 금속, 및 (d) 하나 이상의 무기 지지 물질로 구성된 디엔의 수소첨가제 유용한 촉매 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 무기 지지 물질이 알루미나, 실라카, 티타니아, 지르코니아, 알루미노규산염, 알루민산 아연, 티탄산 아연, 또는 상기 무기 지지 물질의 임의의 2개 이상의 혼합물인 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 무기 지지 물질이 알루미나인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속이 칼륨인 조성물.
  5. 제1-4항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 약 0.01-2중량% 팔라듐, 약 0.02-10중량% 은, 및 약 0.05-10중량% 알칼리 금속을 포함한 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 약 0.05-0.6중량% 팔라듐, 약 0.1-5중량% 은, 및 약 0.2-5중량% 알칼리 금속을 포함한 조성물.
  7. 제1-4항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 은 대 팔라듐의 중량-비가 약 2:1-약 10:1인 조성물.
  8. 제1-4항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 약 1-10㎜의 입자 크기 및 약 1-200㎡/g의 표면적을 갖는 조성물.
  9. (i) (a), (b) 및 (d) 성분으로 구성된 고체 물질에 하나 이상의 플루오르화 알칼리 금속으로 구성된 용액을 상기 물질에 상기 하나 이상의 플루오르화 알칼리 금속 약 0.05-10을 혼입시키도록 하는 주입 조건하에 주입시키고, (ⅱ) 이렇게 주입된 고체 물질을 건조시키고, (ⅲ) 약 300-600℃의 온도에서 건조된 고체 물질을 하소시켜 제조한 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, (a), (b) 및 (d) 성분으로 구성된 상기 고체 물질이 약 0.01-2중량% Pd 및 약 0.02-10중량% Ag를 함유하고, 표면적 약 1-200㎡/g을 갖는 조성물.
  11. 수소 기체로 분자 당 4-10개의 탄소원자를 함유한 디올레핀을 분자당 4-10개의 탄소원자를 함유한 모노올레핀으로 선택적으로 수소 첨가시키는 방법으로서, 적합한 반응 조건하에서, 제1-4항 중 임의의 한 항에 따른 촉매 조성물과, 하나 이상의 디올레핀으로 구성된 탄화수소 공급물을 접촉시켜, 하나 이상의 모노올레핀을 생성하는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 디올레핀이 분자당 4-6개의 탄소원자를 함유하고, 하나 이상의 모노올레핀이 분자당 4-6개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 디올레핀이 약 0.01-70몰%의 농도로 공급물 내 존재하는 방법.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 공급물이 부가로 하나 이상의 모노올레핀을 포함하는 액체 공급물인 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 액체 공급물내 상기 모노올레핀이 분자당 4-6개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 모노올레핀이 부텐인 방법.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 공ㄱ브물이 주로 상기 모노올레핀 및 약 0.01-10중량% 상기 디올레핀을 함유하는 방법.
  18. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 디올레핀이 1,3-부타디엔인 방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 공급물 내 존재하는 1,3-부타디엔 각각 몰 당 약 1-2 몰의 수소를 사용하는 방법.
  20. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 적합한 반응 조건이 약 35-100℃ 범위내 온도, 및 50-100psig 범위내 압력을 포함하는 방법.
  21. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 공급물이 시간당 촉매 조성물 리터 당 약 3-100 리터인 시간당 액체 공간 속도를 갖는 방법.
