Abstract

본 발명은, 배연탈황방법에 관한 것으로서, 유황산화물을 함유한 배출가스를 대상으로 습식석회석고법 배연탈황방법을 실시함에 있어서, 종래 방법에서 부하변동, 흡수제원료의 변화 및 연료의 종류의 변화에 의한 pH, 용해액성분의 변화, 또는 pH계의 착오지시에 의한 안정된 산화제어의 불가능, 아황산농도의 증가 또는 공기의 과잉공급에 의한 배수 COD의 증대 등의 불편발생을 해소하는 아황산염의 산화제어방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이며, 그 구성에 있어서, 유황산화물을 함유한 배출가스를 칼슘화합물을 함유하는 흡수액(3)에 의해서 처리함에 있어, 이 흡수액(3)속에 산소를 함유한 기체(공기)(6)를 통기하여, 이 흡수액(3)의 산화환원전위를 연속적으로 검지하므로써 상기 산소를 함유한 기체(6)의 통기류량을 제어하는 배연탈황방법에 있어서, 상기 흡수액(3)의 산화환원전위와 이 흡수액(3)이 완전산화상태에 있어서의 산화환원전위와의 제1의 편차신호를 검출하고, 이 제1의 편차신호와 산화환원전위편차설정치와의 제2의 편차신호에 의해 상기 산소를 함유한 기체(3)의 통기류량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 유황산화물을 함유한 배출가스를 칼슘화합물을 함유하는 흡수액에 의해서 처리함에 있어, 이 흡수액속에 산소를 함유한 기체를 통기하여, 이 흡수액의 산화환원전위를 연속적으로 검지하므로써 상기 산소를 함유한 기체의 통기류량을 제어하는 배연탈황방법에 있어서, 상기 흡수액의 산화환원전위와, 이 흡수액의 완전산화상태에 있어서의 산화환원2전위와의 제1의 편차신호를 검출하고, 이 제1의 편차신호와 산화환원전위편차설정치와의 제2의 편차신호에 의해 상기 산소를 함유한 기체의 통기류량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아황산염의 산화제어방법.
