Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 자기저항센서에 관하여, MR소자와 MR마그넷 사이의 갭을 좁게한 경우라도 MR출력의 출력파형의 중심부근에 만곡이 발생하지 않는 안정한 출력을 얻는 데에 있다. 그 구성은 본 발명의 자기저항소자(3)의 자기감지패턴폭(d)을 자석수단(2)의 자극폭 @ 의 0.3~1배의 사이에 설정하므로서, 자석수단(2)과 자기저항소자(3)와의 대향간걱(g)이 좁아진 경우라도 출력파형에 만곡을 발생하지 않는 안정한 출력을 얻는다.

Claims (8)
- 소정의 자극폭에서 N극 및 S극을 등간격으로 복수 연속하여 자기를 부착한 자석수단과, 상기 자석수단과 면대향하여 배치되고, 상기 자석수단과의 상대적인 위치의 이동변화에 의한 자계를 검출하고, 검출결과를 전압의 변화로서 출력하는 자기저항소자로 되고, 상기 자기저항소자는, 상기 자석수단의 N극 및 S극의 늘어선 방향에 대하여 발산하는 방향으로 신장하고, 상기 N극 및 S극의 늘어선 방향으로 상기 자극폭의 0.3~1.0배의 자기감지패턴폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기저항센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기저항소자의 반환대형 패턴이 형성된 자기저항소자의 기초자기감지패턴은, 상기 자석수단의 N극 및 S극의 늘어선 방향으로 상기 자극폭의 1/2의 간격으로 늘어서지고, 연속하게 접속되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기저항센서.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기초자기감지패턴의 양단에는 직류전압이 인가되는 전원전압단자 및 접지단자가 설치되고, 상기 기초자기감지패턴의 접속점에는 상기 검출결과를 전압의 변화로서 꺼내기 위한 출력단자가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기저항센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기저항소자의 자기감지패턴폭은 상기 N극 및 S극의 늘어선 방향으로 상기 자극폭의 대략 0.3배인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기저항센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기저항소자는 상기 N극 및 S극의 늘어선 방향으로 직교한 상태에서 소정 각도로 기울어지고, 상기 자기저항소자의 자기 감지패턴폭은 상기 자극폭의 0.3~1.0배인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기저항센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기저항소자는 그 자기감지패턴만이 상기 N극 및 S극의 늘어선 방향으로 직교한 상태에서 소정 각도로 기울어지고, 상기 자기감지패턴폭은 상기 자극폭의 0.3~1.0배인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기저항센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기저항소자는 그 자기감지패턴이 상기 N극 및 S극의 늘어선 방향으로 직교한 상태에서 제1각도로 기울어지는 동시에, 상기 자기감지패턴의 소정의 위치에 있어서 상기 제1각도와는 반대방향의 제2각도로 구부러지고, 상기 자기감지패턴폭은 상기 자극폭의 0.3~1.0배인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기저항센서.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 자기감지패턴은 상기 제2각도로 구부러지는 소정의 위치의 상반부 및 하반부에 있어서 자기저항은 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 자기저항센서.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
