Abstract

메인밸브부(1)에 부착된 파일로트밸브상자(17)내에 파일로트밸브부(2)를 수용하고, 그 파일로트밸브(2)의 측면에 한 쌍의 코일단자(26,26)를 설치함과 함께, 각 코일단자(26,26)에 도전스프링(28)을 부착한다. 수전단자(31,31)가 있는 단자대(18)에 프린트기판(30)을 설치하고, 그 단자대(18)를 상기한 파일로트밸브상자(17)에 설치하므로써, 상기한 프린트기판(30)의 전기회로와 상기한 코일단자(26,26)가 상기한 도전스프링(28)을 개재하여 전기적으로 접속된다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 파일로트형 전자밸브의 한 실시예를 표시하는 종단면도이다,
제2도는 제1도에서의 주요부를 분해하여 표시한 사시도이다,
제3도는 급전장치의 조립방법을 표시하는 주요부의 단면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 내장한 메인 밸브체(9)에 의해서 유체의 흐름을 전환하는 메인밸브부(1)와, 파일로트 유체압의 작용에 의해 상기한 메인밸브체(9)를 전환하는 전자 조작식 파일로트밸브부(2)와, 그 파일로트밸브부(2)에 급전하기 위한 급전장치(4)를 구비하고 있으며, 상기한 파일로트밸브부(2)가, 메인밸브부(1)에 부착된 파일로트밸브상자(17)내에 수용되어 있고, 코일(24)에 접속된 한 쌍의 코일단자(26,26)를 돌출상태로 구비함과 아울러 각 코일단자(26,26)에 부착된 전기접속용 도전스프링(28)이 있으며, 상기한 급전장치(4)가, 상기한 파일로트밸브상자(17)의 덮개를 겸하는 단자대(18)에 부착된 수전단자(31,31)와, 전기회로가 조립된 프린트기관(30)이 있고, 그 프린트 기관(30)이 상기한 전기 회로와 상기한 수단전자(31,31)가 도통하는 상태에서 상기한 단자대(18)에 부착되어 있고, 그 단자대(18)를 파일로트밸브상자(17)에 부착하므로써, 상기한 전기회로와 상기한 코일단자(26,26)가 도전스프링(28)을 개재하여 전기적으로 접속되는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 파일로트형 전자밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 단자대(18)및 프린트기판(30)에 접지단자(32)가 부착됨과 아울러, 그 접지단자(32)의 선단에 도전성 접지스프링(39)이 부착되고, 상기한 단자대(18)를 파일로트밸브상자(17)에 부착하므로써 상기한 접지단자(32)가 접지스프링(39)을 개재하여 파일로트밸브부(2)에 전기적으로 접속되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파일로트형 전자밸브.
