Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 어린이용 시트(seat)에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 어린이가 적절한 착좌 자세를 취할 수 있는 어린이용 파워 시트(power seat)에 관한 것이다.
미들시트의 위치를 높이기 위해 선택스위치부의 상향단자를 온(ON) 절환시키면 모터부에 전원이 인가되면서 모터의 회전력이 커넥팀로드를 통해 동력전달기어에 전달되고, 상기 동력전달기어와 맞물려 있는 구동기어가 동력전달기어와 일체로 회전하면서 구동샤프트를 전회전시키게 되고, 따라서 구동샤프트에 나사 결합된 하부브라케트와 미들시트는 상하운동을 하게 된다.
이상 설명에서 알 수 있는 바와같이, 어린이의 체형에 알맞는 미들시트를 별도로 메인시트에 형성시키고, 미들시트의 높낮이를 원하는 높이로 선택조절할 수 있게 함으로써 어린이의 체형에 일맞는 시트의 위치를 선택하므로서 종래의 문제를 해결할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 일측부에 일정크기의 홈이 형성되어 있는 메인 쿠션(main cushion)과, 상기 미들쿠션에 장착되며 중심부 암나사부가 형성된 하부브라케트와, 상기 하부브라케트의 암나사부에 삽입되도록 기어가 형성된 구동샤프트와, 상기 구동샤프트가 좌, 우 회전하도록 동력을 제공하는 모터부와, 상기 모터부로 부터 인가된 동력에 의해 구동샤프트를 회전시키는 구동기어부와, 상기 모터부와 구동기어부를 상호 연결시켜주는 커넥팅로드부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 파워시트 구조장치.
