Abstract
고정자의 폴 코아에 계자 코일을 권선하는 수고를 없애고, 계자 코일의 면적 점유율을 향상시킨 전동기용 계자 코일을 제공한다, 도체1의 일부에 고정자3내의 배설된 폴 코아4가 관통하여 삽입하는 개구부11를 설치하고, 더욱이 이 도체1를 두께 방향으로 관통해 도체의 외주와 상기 개구부11를 잇는 나선형의 슬릿12을 형성하고, 이 슬릿12내에 필요에 따라 전연재를 배설한 계자 코일2이다.

제1도는, 본 발명의 일실시예를 나타내는 계자 코일의 평면도이다. 제2도는, 제1도의 코일을 계자 장치에 장착한 상태를 나타낸 측면도이다. 제3도는, 본 발명의 다른 실시예를 나타낸 계자 코일의 평면도이다.
Claims (3)
- 도체의 일부를 제거하여 형성되고, 자로를 이루는 고정자의 폴 코아가 관통하여 삽입되는 개구부를 가지고, 상기 도체를 두께방향으로 관통하여 상기 개구부의 주위에 형성된 나선형의 슬릿을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도기용 계자 코일.
- 상기 나선형의 슬릿 내의 일부 혹은 전 길이에 결쳐 절연재를 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항1기재의 전동기용 계자 코일.
- 상기 도체 하나에 대해 상기 개구부 및 나선형의 슬릿을 각각 복수에 형성하고, 복수의 계자 코일을 일체로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항1기재의 전동기용 계자 코일.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
