Abstract

1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-트리데카플루오로헥산 89.2중량%와 메탄올 10.8중량%로 이루어져 있는 공비 조성물 그리고 1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-트리데카플루오로헥산 91.1 중량%와 에탄올 8.9중량%로 이루어져 있는 공비 조성물.
본 발명은 종래의 1,1,2-트리클로로-1,2,2-트리플루오로에탄의 우수한 특성을 갖는, 그리고 성층권의 오존층을 고갈시키지 않는, 대체 공비 용매 조성물들을 제공한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 다음의 (1), (2) 그리고 (3)에서 선택되는, 1,1,1,2.2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-트리데카플루오로헥산을 주성분으로 함유하는 혼합 용매 조성물. (1)1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-트리데카플루오로헥산 89.2 중량%와 메탄올 10.8중량%로 이루어져 있는 공비 혼합 용매 조성물; (2)1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-트리데카플루오로헥산 80∼99중량%와 에탄올 1∼20중량%로 이루어져 있는 유사 공비 혼합 용매 조성물 혹은 공비 혼합 용매 조성물; 그리고 (3) 메탄올과 에탄올에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 혼합물, 1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-트리데카플루오로헥산 그리고 탄소수가 5 이상인 탄화수소를 (메탄올과 에탄올에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물)/(1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-트리데카플루오로헥산)/(탄소수가 5 이상인 탄화수소)=1∼25중랑%/50∼98중량%/1∼25중량%의 비율로 이루어져 있는 혼합 용매 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-트리데카플루오로헥산을 주성분으로 하는 혼합 용매 조성물은 1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-트리데카플루오로헥산 91.1 중량%와 에탄올 8.9중량%로 이루어져 있는 공비 혼합 용매 조성물인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소수가 5 이상인 탄화수소는 탄소수가 5∼8인 지방족 탄화수소들과 탄소수가 6∼8인 지방족 고리 탄화수소들에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 혼합물인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에서 정의된 조성물을 사용하여 물품에 부착된 얼룩이나 수분을 그 물품으로부터 제거함을 특징으로 하는 세정 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 물품은 전기·전자 기기, 정밀 기계·기구, 광학 장치 혹은 그들의 부품인 경우의 세정방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 물품에 부착된 얼룩은 플럭스이거나 오일인 경우의 세정 방법.
