Abstract

본 발명은 표면층 및 접착층을 구비한 열 전달성 플루오르화 수지 다중층 필름으로서, 상기 표면층은 60중량% 이상의 플루오르화 비닐리텐 수지를 함유하는 수지 조성물을 포함하며, 상기 접착층은 그것의 주성분으로 유리전이온도(Tg)가 35 내지 90℃인 투명한 아크릴 수지를 함유하는 수지 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 전달성 플루오르화 수지 다중층 필름에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 표면층 및 접착충을 구비한 열 전달성 플루오르화 수지 다중층 필름으로서, 상기 표면층은 60중량% 이상의 플루오르화된 플-루오르화 비닐리덴 수지를 함유하는 수지 조성물을 포함하며, 상기 접삭층은 그것의 주성분으로 유리전이온도(Tg)가 35 내지 90℃인 투명한 아크릴 수지를 함유하는 수지 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 전달성 플루오르화 수지 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 수지층이 35 내지 90℃의 Tg를 갖는 투명한 아크릴 수지 30중량부 이상을 함유하는 2종 이상의 아크릴 수지 혼합물을 포함하는 열전달성 플루오르화 수지 필름.
  3. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 접착층이 35 내지 90℃의 Tg를 갖는 투명한 아크릴 수지 및 염화 비닐-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 수지를 함유하며, 상기 아크릴 수지 대 상기 염화 비닐-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체의 중량비가 60/40 내지 95/5인 열 전달성 플루오르화 수지 필름.
  4. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오르화 비닐리덴 수지 및 메타크릴레이트 수지를 함유하며 0 내지 60중량%미만의 플루오르화 비닐리덴 수지함량을 갖는 수지 조성물을 포함하는 중간층이 상기 표면층과 상기 접착층 사이에 있는 열 전달성 플루오르화 수지 필름.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면층의 두께가 30㎛ 이하이고, 상기 접착층의 두께가 15㎛n이하인 열전달성 플루오르화 수지 필름.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항의 열 전달성 플루오르화 수지 필름이 박리제로서 이오노머 수지를 사용하는 박리지 또는 박리 필름위에 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플루오르화 수지 필름 적층물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항의 플루오르화 수지 필름 또는 제6항의 플루오르화 수지 필름 적층물을 110℃ 이하의 열전달 온도에서 표지용 필름 또는 가요성 면 위에 적층시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플루오르화 수지 필름의 적층 방법.
