Abstract
긴급을 요하는 의료현장에서, 복수의 약제를 동시에 주사하는 필요가 있는 경우와, 고체제제를 용해액으로 용해시켜 주사할 필요가 있는 경우에 미리 이 종류의 주사제를 혼합해 둘 필요없이 각각 실린더에 분리형성된 실내에 수용하고, 사용할 때 간단한 수단으로 그 쌍방의 주사제를 차례로 분주하고, 또는 혼합하여 주사할 수 있도록 한다.

제3, 4, 5도는 제1도의 주사기에 사용되는 수용체의 확대사시도.
Claims (16)
- 한끝에 주사바늘 접속부를 갖고, 다른 끝에 개구를 갖는 실린더와 해당개구에서 삽입되는 플런저를 갖는 주사기에 있어서, 상기 실린더내의 상기 주사바늘 접속부와 플런저 사이에, 실린더의 내부공간을 복수의 실로 수밀하게 분할하는 1이상의 칸막이부를 미끄럼이동 자유로이 설치하고, 해당칸막이 상호간 또는 칸막이부와 플런저 사이에 형성되는 1이상의 실내에 주사제를 수용하고, 상기 플런저가 주사바늘 측으로 이동함으로서 상기 각 실과 주사바늘 접속부를 연통하는 통로를 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칸막이부가 복수개 설치되고, 해당칸막이 상호간 또는 칸막이부와 플런저 사이에 2개이상의 실을 형성하고, 해당 각 실내에 각각 다른 주사제를 충전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 통로가, 상기 각 실 상호간에 형성되고 플런저의 전진에 따라서 각 실내의 주사제가 1실로 모인후에 사출되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 통로가, 상기 주사바늘 접속부측에만 형성되고, 플런저의 전진에 따라서, 각 실내의 주사제가 혼합하는 일없이 차례로 사출되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기.
- 제1항에 있어선, 상기 통로가 실린더의 상기 주사바늘 접속부에 인접하여 형성된 확대부와 해당확대부내에 수용되고 내측에 상기 칸막이부를 미끄럼이동 자유로이 수용하는 원통형의 수용체와, 해당수용체에 형성된 연통로로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기.
- 한끝에 주사바늘 접속부를 갖고 다른 끝에 개구를 갖는 실린더와, 해당실린더내에 이간하여 설치된 2개의 칸막이부와, 주사바늘 접속부로부터 떨어진 쪽의 칸막이부에 형성된 구멍과 해당칸막이부에 선단이 맞닿고 상기 실린더의 내부에 회전운동 자유로이 내접하는 소실린더와, 해당 소실린더의 선단에 있고 소실린더의 회전에 의하여 상기 칸막이부에 형성된 구멍과 합치하여 상기 칸막이부 상호간의 실과 소실린더내의 실을 연통하고, 또는 상기 구멍과 어긋나서 양실을 격리하는 밸브부재와. 소실린더내를 미끄럼 이동자유로운 플런저와, 상기 플런저가 주사바늘측으로 이동함으로써 상기 칸막이부 상호간의 실과 주사바늘 접속부를 연통하는 통로를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 소실린더내에 소실린더와 동일한 구성의 소실린더를 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 통로가 실린더의 상기 주사접속부에 인접하여 형성된 학대부와 해당확대부내에 수용되고 내측에 상기 칸막이부를 미끄럼이동 자유로이 수용하는 원통형을 한 수용체와, 해당수용체에 형성된 연통로로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주사바늘 접속부에 연통한 중공부를 갖고 실린더내에 돌출하여 선판을 닫은 주상부재를 설치하고, 상기 통로가, 해당 주상부재의 상기 중공부와, 해당 주상부재의 측면에 뚫어 설치된 관통구멍으로 이루어지고, 상기 칸막이부의 하나가 해당 관통구멍을 막도록 상기 주상부재의 외경과 실린더의 내경사이에 미끄럼이동 자유로이 끼워장치되고, 해당 칸막이부가 주사바늘측으로 미끄럼이동함으로써 상기 통로가 열리는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 칸막이부와 다른 타의 칸막이부의 중심부에, 외측원통내에 내측원통을 틈새를 두고 동축으로 유지한 2중파이프 구조의 통로부재를 설치하고, 상기 통로가 다시, 주사바늘측이 개구하여 플런저측이 폐색하도록 상기 내측원통에 형성된 중공부와, 해당측 원통의 측면에 뚫어 설치된 관통구멍으로 이루어지고, 상기 내외 원통간의 상기 틈새를 밀폐함과 동시에 상기 관통구멍을 폐색하는 소칸막이부를 미끄럼이동 자유로이 끼워장치하고, 해당 칸막이부가 주사바늘측으로 미끄럼이동함으로서 상기 통로가 열리는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기.
- 제1항에 있어서. 상기 실린더내애, 해당실린더의 길이방향을 따라서 연장되고 상기 칸막이부 및 플런저를 수밀하게 관통하는 통로부재를 설치하고, 상기 통로의 하나가, 해당통로봉재의 길이방향을 따라서 형성되고, 한끝이 상기 주사바늘 접속부와 연통하는 단말중공부와, 해당 단말중공부의 다른끝 근방에 뚫어 설치되고, 해당 중공부와 실린더내를 연통하는 관통구멍으로 이루어지고, 다른쪽 통로가, 상기 단말중공부로부터 격리됨과 동시에 상호 격리되어 상기 통로봉재의 길이방향을 따라서 형성된 1이상의 중간 중공부와, 해당 중간중공부 각 양끝 근방에 뚫어설치되고, 증간중공부와 실린더내를 연통하는 관통구멍으로 이루어지고, 플런저의 이동에 따라서 상기 칸막이부가 상기 통로를 폐색하는 위치로부터 열리는 위치로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 통로가 상기 실린더에 상기 칸막이부의 길이 보다 긴 간격으로 쌍을 이루어 뚫어 설치된 1쌍 이상의 관통구멍과 각 쌍을 이루는 관통구멍을 접속하는 파이프로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기.
- 제12항에 있어서, 무엇보다도 주사바늘측의 상기 칸막이부에 상기 파이프와 주사바늘 접속부 사이를 연통하는 통로를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기.
- 제1항의 주사기를 2개 평행으로 나열하고, 하나의 주사바늘 접속부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기.
- 제1항에 주사기를 2개 평행으로 나열하여 결합한 것과, 각 주사기의 주사바늘 접속부에 동시에 접속할수 있는 두 갈래의 접속부를 갖는 주사바늘로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더내에, 해당실린더와 동축으로 중공의 고정형 소실린더를 설치함과 동시에, 해당고정 소실린더의 중공부의 일부에 폐색부를 형성하고, 해당 폐색부의 양측에 고정형 소실린더의 중공부와 외측 실린더의 중공부를 연통하는 관통구멍을 뚫어설치하고, 상기 고정형 소실린더의 내부에 칸막이부와 소플린저를 끼워 장치하여 그 사이에 상기 실의 하나를 형성하고, 상기 실린더와 고정형 소실린더 사이에 칸막이부 대플런저를 끼워 장치하여 이들 사이에 상기의 다른 실을 형성하고, 상기 통로의 하나가 해당 고정형 소실린더의 내부에 형성되고, 상기 주사바늘 접속부와 연통하는 단말 연통부와, 상기 폐색부의 양측에 뚫어설치된 관통구멍의 한쪽으로 이루어지고, 다른쪽 통로가, 상기 다른편의 관통구멍으로 이루어지고, 플런저의 이동에 따라서 상기 각 칸막이부가 상기 각통로를 폐색하는 위치에서 열리는 위치로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
