Abstract

본 발명은 블록커브를 조정하기 위한 유연한 원호상의 엘레멘트용 조정장치를 가진 시트 백레스트에 관한 것으로, 상기 백레스트의 블록커브를 조정하기 위한 프레임(1)상에 정렬되는 가요성의 원호상 엘레멘트(5)용 조정장치를 구비하고, 또한 이 엘레멘트(5)에 연결되는 추가적인 골반지지부(17)를 구비하며, 이 골반지지부(17)는 상기 시트를 향하여 가는 유연한 원호상의 엘레멘트(5)에의 부착물(16, 23, 28)로 구성되는 자동차의 시트 백레스트에 관한 발명이다.

제1도는 곡선의 피크(peak)부분역에서 보지되는 골반지지부(pelvic support)와 원호장치를 가진 백레스트(back rest)를 내려다 본 평면도를 나타낸 것.
제2도는 제1도 상의 벡레스트 사시도.
제3도는 원호장치(arching device)를 가진 백레스트와 골반지지부로 작용하는 엑스텐션(extension)을 가지는 원호상의 엘레먼트를 나타낸 것이다. 제4도는 제3도의 사시도.
제5도는 플라스틱 판으로 제조된 일체로 된 골반지지부를 가진 원호 엘레먼트를 나타낸 것.

Claims (10)

  1. 시트 벡레스트(seat back rest)의 블록커브를 조정하기 위한 프레임(1)상에 정렬되는 탄성을 가진 원호상의 엘레멘트(resilient arching element) (5)용 조정장치를 가진 시트 백레스트에 있어서, 상기 백레스트는 추가적으로 상기 탄성을 가진 원호상의 엘레멘트(5)에 연결되는 골반지지부(17)는 상기 시트를 향하여 방향을 잡는 상기 탄성을 가진 원호상의 엘레멘트(16,23,28)로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백레스트(back rest)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 골반지지부(17)는 상기 탄성을 가진 원호상의 엘레멘트(5)의 상부역에 보지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백레스트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 골반지지부(17)는 상기 탄성을 가진 원호상의 엘레멘트(5)의 하단부에 보지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백레스트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 골반지지부(17)는 상기 탄성을 가진 원호상의 엘레멘트(5,20)와 상기 골반지지부(17)는 서로 접속하여 단일부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백레스트.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성을 가진 원호상의 엘레멘트(5)는 적어도 하나이상의 가이드 바아(24)에 의하여 프레임의 하부단면에 대한 그하부역에서 링크연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백레스트.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성을 가진 원호상의 엘레멘트(5), 또는 여기에 연결되는 플래이트(20)는 에어 쿠션에 의해 배후에서 프레임(1)에 대하여 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백레스트.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나이상의 스프링 엘레멘트(19)는 골반지지부(17) 및 프레임(1)의 자유단사이에서 배후측상에 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백레스트.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 원호상의 엘레멘트(5, 20) 및 / 또는 골반지지부(17)는 플라스틱으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 백레스트.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 원호상의 엘레멘트(5, 20) 및 / 또는 골반지지부(17)는 플래이트 판으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 백레스트.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 원호상의 엘레멘트(5, 20) 및 / 또는 골반지지부(17)는 강화 엘레멘트로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 백레스트.
