Abstract

용매 중에 탄소를 혼합하거나 또는 탄소를 전하 제어제와 혼합하여 제반 특성이 개량된 전자 사진용 토너를 제조한다. 전하 제어제와 탄소는 균일하게 분산되며, 따라소 전하 제어제 조성물은 수지에 대하여 우수한 분산성을 나타낸다. 본 발명은 조성물을 함유하는 토너는 대전 불안정성 및 산란 선상이 없으며 선명한 현상 화상을 제공한다.

Claims (7)

1종 이상의 전하 제어제와 카본으로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전하 제어제 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 전하 제어제의 제조 공정 중에 카본을 첨가함으로써 얻을수 있음을 특징으로 하는 전하 제어제 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 전하 제어제와 카본을 용매 존재하에 혼합함으로써 얻을 수 있는 전하 제어제 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 전하 제어제가 금속 착염 염료, 트리아릴메탄계 염기성 염료, 니그로신 염료, 프타로시아닌, 크산텐계 염 안료, 욱 카르복실산의 금속 착염, 테트라알릴 보레이트염, 4급 암모늄염인 것인 전하 제어제 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 전하 제어제와 카본의 중량비가 20 : 1 내지 1 : 20인 것인 전하 제어제 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 사용하는 카본의 평균 입자 지름이 0.01 내지 5㎛ 인 것인 전하 제어제 조성물.
1종 이상의 전하 제어제와 카본으로 조성되는 제1항에 기재된 전하 제어제 조성물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진용 토너.
