Claims (41)

  1. 필수적으로, (a) 반응성분으로서, 네오펜틸폴리올 및 C16-C10의 분지쇄, 포화모노카르복실산을 가지는 제1폴리올 에스테르 및 (b) 반응 성분으로서, 네오펜틸 폴리올 및 적어도 하나의 C5-C10직쇄, 포화 모노카르복실산 또는 적어도 하나의 C16-C20직쇄 또는 분지쇄, 불포화 모노카르복실산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 카르복실산을 포함하는 제2폴리올 에스테르의 블랜드 및 선택적으로, 반응성분으로서 C8-C13의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 1가 알콜 C5-C13직쇄 또는 분지쇄 카르복실산을 포함하는 상대적으로 저분자량 에스테르를 포함하며, (i) CEC-L-33-T-82에 의해 측정되는 생분해도≥80% (ii) 인화점≥175℃ 및 (iii) 100℃에서 15cSt 미만의 동적 점성도의 특성을 가지는 이륜 엔진 오일 조성물용 에스테르 베이스 스톡.

  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제1에스테르의 산 성분이 이소스테아린산이며, 제2에스테르의 산 성분이 카프로산, 카프릴산, 펠라곤산, 카프르산 및 두가지 이상의 상기 직쇄 포화 모노카르복실산의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되거나 또는 팔미톨레인산, 올레인산 및 상기 불포화 모노카르복실산의 혼합물로 부터 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에스테르 베이스 스톡.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 에스테르 베이스 스톡 중량에 기하여, 필수적으로 약 10 내지 65%의 제1에스테르 및 약 35 내지 90%의 제2에스테르를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에스테르 베이스 스톡.

  14. 제13항에 있어서, 폴리아미드, 알케닐 숙신이미드, 브론산-변형 알케닐 숙신이미드, 페놀 아민, 숙신산염 유도체 및 두가지 이상의 상기 첨가제의 조합으로 부터 선택되는 재없는 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 이륜 엔진 오일 조성물.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 술포네이트 포스포네이트 알칼리토 금속, 페네이트 또는 상기 첨가제의 두가지 이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 재-함유 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 이륜 엔진 오일 조성물.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 중량에 기하여, 약 80 내지 90%의 에스테르 베이스 스톡 및 약 10 내지 20%의 촉진 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 이륜 엔진 오일 조성물.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 중량에 기하여, 필수적으로 약 0.7 : 1.0의 중량비로 트리메틸올프로판 트리이소스테아레이트 및 트리메틸올프로판 트리펠라고네이트를 포함하는 약 85%의 에스테르 베이스 스톡 및 15%의 상기 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 이륜 엔진 오일 조성물.

  30. 제29항에 있어서, 폴리아미드, 알케닐 숙신이미드, 브론산-변형 알케닐 숙신이미드, 페놀 아민, 숙신산염 유도체 및 두가지 이상의 상기 첨가제의 조합으로 부터 선택되는 재없는 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 이륜 엔진 오일 조성물.
  31. 제29항에 있어서, 술포네이트, 포스포네이트, 알칼리토 금속, 페네이트 또는 상기 첨가제의 두가지 이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 재-함유 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 이륜 엔진 오일 조성물.
  32. 제29항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 중량에 기하여, 약 80 내지 90%의 에스테르 베이스 스톡 및 약 10 내지 20%의 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 이륜 엔진 오일 조성물.
  33. 제30항에 있어서, 전체 조성물에 기하여, 필수적으로 트리메틸을 프로판트리펠라고네이트 및 반응성분으로서, 트리메틸올프로판 및 필수적으로 카프릴산, 카프르산 및 아디프산으로 이루어지며, 카프릴산-카프르산 대 아디프산이 2.5 : 1.0 내지 3.0 : 1.0의 중량비이며, 상기 블렌드내에서 복합 에스테르에 대한 단순 중량비가 1.0 : 0.18인 산 혼합물을 포함하는 약 85%의 에스테르 베이스 스톡 및 약 15%의 상기 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 이륜 엔진 오일 조성물.
  34. 제30항에 있어서, 전체 조성물에 기하여, 필수적으로 트리메틸을 프로판트리펠라고네이트 및 반응성분으로서, 트리메틸올프로판 및 필수적으로 카프릴산, 카프르산 및 아디프산으로 이루어지며, 카프릴산-카프르산 대 아디프산이 2.5 : 1.0 내지 3.0 : 1.0의 중량비이며, 상기 블렌드내에서 복합 에스테르에 대한 단순 중량비가 1.0 : 0.35인 산 혼합물을 포함하는 약 85%의 에스테르 베이스 스톡 및 약 15%의 상기 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 이륜 엔진 오일 조성물.
  35. 제30항에 있어서, 전체 조성물에 기하여, 필수적으로 트리메틸을 프로판트리펠라고네이트 및 반응성분으로서, 트리메틸올프로판 및 필수적으로 카프릴산, 카프르산 및 아디프산으로 이루어지며, 카프릴산-카프르산 대 아디프산이 2.5 : 1.0 내지 3.0 : 1.0의 중량비이며, 상기 블렌드내에서 복합 에스테르에 대한 단순 중량비가 1.0 : 0.45인 산 혼합물을 포함하는 약 85%의 에스테르 베이스 스톡 및 약 15%의 상기 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 이륜 엔진 오일 조성물.
  36. 제30항에 있어서, 전체 조성물에 기하여, 필수적으로 트리메틸을 프로판트리펠라고네이트 및 반응성분으로서, 트리메틸올프로판 및 필수적으로 카프릴산, 카프르산 및 아디프산으로 이루어지며, 카프릴산-카프르산 대 아디프산이 2. 5 : 1. 0 내지 3.0 : 1.0의 중량비이며, 상기 블렌드내에서 복합 에스테르에 대한 단순 중량비가 1.0 : 0.80인 산 혼합물을 포함하는 약 85%의 에스테르 베이스 스톡 및 약 15%의 상기 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 이륜 엔진 오일 조성물.
  37. 제30항에 있어서, 전체 조성물에 기하여, 필수적으로 트리메틸을 프로판트리펠라고네이트 및 반응성분으로서, 트리메틸올프로판 및 필수적으로 카프릴산, 카프르산 및 아디프산으로 이루어지며, 카프릴산-카프르산 대 아디프산이 2.5 : 1.0 내지 3.0 : 1.0의 중량비이며, 상기 블렌드내에서 복합 에스테르에 대한 단순 중량비가 1.0 : 1.2인 산 혼합물을 포함하는 약 85%의 에스테르 베이스 스톡 및 약 15%의 상기 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 이륜 엔진 오일 조성물.

  40. 제38항에 있어서, 상기 엔진이 조성물 전체 중량에 기하여, 트리메틸 올프로판 트리이소스테아레이트 및 트리메틸올프로판 트리펠라고네이트를 약 0.7 : 1.0의 중량비로 포함하는 약 85%의 에스테르 베이스 스톡 및 폴리아미드, 알케닐 숙신이미드, 보론산-변형 알케닐숙신이미드, 페놀아민, 숙신산염 유도체 또는 이들의 두가지 이상의 첨가제로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 약 15%의 재없는 세척/분산 첨가제를 포함하는 조성물에 의해 윤활되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
