Abstract
본 발명은 작동실, 루프형성부재(18) 및 실 또는 바늘집게부재(11)의 조합을 수행하는 한쪽끝을 가진 연장중공튜브(10)로 이루어진 내시경용 봉합장치에 관한 것이다.
튜브(10)의 다른 한쪽끝에 있는 작동부재(12)는 튜브를 통해 확장되는 연장작동봉(15)을 작동시키고 실 또는 바늘집게부재에 결합되어 있으며, 레일스프링(21)0의 균형작용에 대한 작동부재의 축이도에 의해 상기 작동봉이 상기 실 또는 바늘집게부재를 작동시키게 된다.
이 장치는 세척과 소독을 위해 분리가 가능하다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 봉합장치의 최초 구현예를 부분절개한 측면도이고,
제2도는 제1도의 장치를 부분절개한 평면도이고,
제3도는 그의 하나의 작동예에 있어 봉합장치의 두번째 구현예에 있어서 부분절개한 평면도이고,
제4도는 그의 또다른 작동예에 있어 제3도의 두번째 구현예에 있어 부분절개한 평면도이다.
Claims (7)
- 작동실, 루프형성부재 및 실 또는 바늘집게부재의 조합으로 수행되는 한쪽끝을 가진 연장중공튜브와 실 또는 바늘집게부재를 작동시키는 튜브의 다른 한쪽끝의 작동수단으로 이루어지는 내시경 봉합장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실 집게부재를 작동시키는 수단은 상기 실 또는 바늘집게부재에 결합되고, 상기 튜브를 통해 확장되는 연장작동봉을 작동시키는 작동부재로 이루어지고, 작동부재의 축이동은 상기 작동봉이 상기 실 또는 바늘집게부재를 작동시키는 원인이 되게 하는 내시경용 봉합장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작동부재와 작동봉의 축 이동이 상기 실 또는 바늘집게부재를 집게가 있지 않는 위치로 이동하게 하는 내시경용 봉합장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 균형수단이 집게위치에 실 또는 바늘집게부재의 균형을 이루게 하기 위해 작동부재와 연장튜브의 사이에 제공되는 내시경용 봉합장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 작동부재와 상기 작동봉의 축이동이 상기 실 또는 바늘집게부재를 집게 위치로 이동하게 하는 내시경용 봉합장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수단이 상기 집게위치에 상기 실와 바늘집게부재를 잡도록 제공되는 내시경용 봉합장치.
- 상기 어느항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 작동봉과 작동부재 실이 뿐아니라 작동봉과 집게부재 사이의 연결은 본 장치가 여러 구성분의 세척과 소독이 가능하도록 해체될 수 있도록 분리가능한 내시경용 봉합장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
