Abstract
본 발명은 내연기관 배기가스로부터 입자, 특히 매연 입자의 제거방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 입자가 전극(4)에 의해 정전기적으로 대전된다. 입자 및 입자덩어리는 금속미세필터(5)에 의해 제거된다. 바람직하게는, 미세필터(5)의 재로(5a), 바람직하게는 페라이트 소결 금속자체가 수집전극으로 사용된다. 전극에는 고전압(6)이 인가된다. 때때로, 바람직하게는 주기적으로 미세필터를 통해 전류가 공급되고(11, 12), 상기 전류는 입자의 점화온도 이상으로 미세필터(5)의 재로(5a)를 가열시킨다. 필터표면의 바람직한 형상은 원통형, 원뿔대형 및/또는 원추형이다.

Claims (14)
- 내연기관 배기가스로부터 입자, 특히 매연입자의 제거방법에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 전극에 의해 입자를 대전시키고, 부분적으로 덩어리를 만들며, 하나 또는 다수의 소결금속 미세필터 및 상기 미세필터내의 적어도 하나의 수집전극에 의해 입자 및 입자덩어리를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기가스로부터 입자제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세필터의 재료자체가 수집전극으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기가스로부터 입자제거방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 페라이트 소결금속이 미세필터 재료로 사용된는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기가스로부터 입자제거방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전극들 사이에 고전압, 바람직하게는 2 내지 15kV의 전압이 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기가스로부터 입자제거방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 재생을 위해 때때로 대전된 미세필터를 통해 전류가 공급되고 이로인해 미세필터가 입자의 점화온도이상으로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기가스로부터 입자제거방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 20내지 140W의 전력을 가진 300A이하의 전류가 20s 미만의 시간동안 미세필터를 통해 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기가스로부터 입자제거방법.
- 제5항 또지 6항에 있어서, 전류공급이 주기적으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기가스로부터 입자제거방법.
- 내연기관 배기가스로부터 입자, 특히 매연입자의 게러장치에 있어서, 장치가 배기가스 흐름용 유입라인(2) 및 배출라인(3)을 갖춘 하우정(1), 전압원(6)에 접속된 적어도 하나의 전극(4) 및 필터본체(5)를 포함하고, 상기 필터본체(5)는 하우정(1)내에 밀폐되도록 설치되며 적어도 하나의 소결금속 필터표면(5a)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기가스로부터 입자제거장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 소결금속 필터표면(5a)이 경우에 따라 하우정(1)을 통해 전압원(6)에 전도 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기가스로부터 입자제거장치.
- 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 필터표면(5a)이 필터부직포로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기 가스로부터 입자제거장치.
- 제8항 또는 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필터표면(5a)이 필터부직포로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기가스로부터 입자제거장치.
- 제8항 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, ??터표면(5a)이 원통형, 원뿔대형 및/ 또는 원추형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기가스로부터 입자제거장치.
- 제8항 내지 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필터표면(5a)이 전기라인(11, 12)을 통해 전류원에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관 배기가스로부터 입자제거장치.
