표면 손상이 거의 없고 기계부품으로서의 신뢰성이 실용적으로 높은 세라믹 소결체가 기재되어 있다. 자외선 영역의 파장을 갖는 레이저 빔을 세라믹 소결체의 소정 영역의 표면에 조사하여 소정 영역의 표면층을 제거한다.

세라믹 소결체 및 이의 표면 가공방법(Ceramic sintered body and method of processing surface of body)

제3도는 제2도의 가공부위를 확대하여 나타낸 단면도이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 세라믹 소결체의 소정 영역의 표면에 자외선 영역의 파장을 갖는 레이저 빔을 조사하여 소정 영역의 표면층을 제거하는, 세라믹 소결체의 표면 가공방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제거되는 표면층에 두께가 2㎛ 이상인 세라믹 소결체의 표면 가공방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 레이저 빔이 소정 영역 전체에 조사되도록 레이저 빔 또는 세라믹 소결체를 연속적으로 또는 간헐적으로 이동시키는 세라믹 소결체의 표면 가공방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제거되는 표면층이 소결 표면, 기계 연삭 가공 후의 표면 또는 적외선 영역의 파장을 갖는 레이저 빔으로 가공한 후의 표면을 포함하는 세라믹 소결체의 표면 가공방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 자외선 영역의 파장을 갖는 레이저 빔을 발진하는 레이저 발진기의 대물렌즈와 세라믹 소결체의 피가공면 사이의 거리를 일정하게 유지하도록 가공 도중에 대물렌즈와 세라믹 소결체의 거리를 조절하는 세라믹 소결체의 표면 가공방법.
  6. 세라믹 소결체의 소정 영역에 조가공을 수행한 후, 후가공으로서 조가공된 소정 영역의 표면에 자외선 영역의 파장을 갖는 레이저 빔을 조사하여 소정 영역의 표면층을 제거하는, 세라믹 소결체의 표면 가공방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 조가공이 기계 연삭 가공, 또는 적외선 영역의 파장을 갖는 레이저 빔에 의한 가공인 세라믹 소결체의 표면 가공방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 자외선 영역의 파장을 갖는 레이저 빔에 의해 제거되는 표면층의 두께가 2㎛ 이상인 세라믹 소결체의 표면 가공방법.
  9. 소정 영역의 표면층이 자외선 영역의 파장을 갖는 레이저 빔을 조사함으로써 제거되는 세라믹 소결체.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 표면층의 제거 후의 소정 영역의 표면이 세라믹의 용융 응고물을 함유하지 않는 세라믹 소결체.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 표면층의 제거 후의 소정 영역의 표면 조도가 JIS BO601의 중심선 평균 조도인 Ra로 5㎛ 이하인 세라믹 소결체.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 소정 영역의 재질이 질화규소계 세마릭 소결체이고, 표면층의 제거 후의 소정 영역의 표면은 JIS R1601에 따른 3점 굽힘 강도가 1000MPa 이상인 세라믹 소결체.
