Abstract
활성 산소 종류의 발생을 억제하고 안전성도 높으며 또한 비교적 저렴한 가격으로 제조할 수 있고, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아미노산 유도체 또는 이의 염을 유효성분으로 하는 신규한 항활성산소제에 관한 것이다.
(Ⅰ)
상기식에서, Ar은 2-하이드록시페닐기, 2-하이드록시-1-나프틸기 또는 피리딜기(여기서, 이들 기의 방향족 환에 결합된 수소원자는 1개 또는 복수개가 할로겐 원자, 알킬기, 하이드록실기, 하이드록시알킬기, 니트로기, 알콕실기 또는 카복실기에 의해 치환될 수 있다)이고, R은 아미노산의 측쇄이고, X는 -CH2-NH- 또는 -CH=N-이고, Y는 수소원자, -COOR1, -SO3H, -CON(R2)R3, -CONHCH(R5)COOR4또는 -CH2OH(여기서, R1내지 R4는 각각 수소원자 또는 알킬기이며, R5는 아미노산의 측쇄이다)이고, n은 0 또는 1의 정수이다.

Claims (5)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아미노산 유도체 또는 이의 염을 유효성분으로서 함유함을 특징으로 하는 항활성산소제.(Ⅰ)상기식에서, Ar은 2-하이드록시페닐기, 2-하이드록시-1-나프틸기 또는 피리딜기(여기서, 이들 기의 방향족 환에 결합된 수소원자는 1개 또는 복수개가 독립적으로 할로겐 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 하이드록실기, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 하이드록시 알킬기, 니트로기, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알콕실기 또는 카복실기에 의해 치환될 수 있다)이고, R은 아미노산의 측쇄이고, X는 -CH2-NH- 또는 -CH=N-이고, Y는 수소원자, -COOR1, -SO3H, -CON(R2)R3, -CONHCH(R5)COOR|4또는 -CH2OH(여기서, R1내지 R4는 각각 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기이며, R5는 아미노산의 측쇄이다)이고, n은 0 또는 1의 정수이다.
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아미노산 유도체.(Ⅱ)상기식에서, Ar1은 2-하이드록시페닐기(여기서, 이러한 기의 방향족 환에 결합된 수소원자는 1개 또는 복수개가 일반식(Ⅰ)에서와 동일한 할로겐 원자, 알킬기, 하이드록실기, 하이드록시알킬기, 니트로기, 알콕실기 또는 카복실기에 의해 유사하게 치환될 수 있다)이고, Ra는 발린, 로이신, 이소로이신, 글루탐산, 글루타민, 아스파라긴, 알기닌, 라이신, 메티오닌, 트레오닌, 티로신, 트립토판, 호모세린 또는 3,4-디하이드록시페닐 알라닌의 측쇄 또는 수소원자이고, X1은 -CH2-NH- 이고, Y 및 n은 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 정의한 바와 동일하다.

- 제1항에서 청구한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아미노산 유도체 또는 이의 염을 항활성산소성분으로서 함유함을 특징으로 하는 화장품.
