Abstract
AA 전체크기의 원형 전기형으로 Kmax=2Ah 인 기밀형 Ni/ 수화물 저장 배터리에서 두 전극극성은 분말압분체형 질량전극에 기초하며 양성 Ni(OH)2 전극은 원형 압축체(2) 점착물로 구성되고 음극은 수소-저장합금과 두 스택을 삽입분리기(5)와 함께 구성한 원통형 압축체(3)과 되며 외장캔(1) 단면을 완전히 충전하는 공축 배열을 구성한다. 원통압축체는 뚜껑(6)에 연결된 수집기 네일(7)이 전지폐쇄시 압축되는 공동(4)을 갖는다. 전지제조는 알칼리/망간 기초 전지제조(R6형)에서 나온 규격기소와 규격방법을 써서 가능하며 매우 저렴하다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 Ni/수화물 전지의 기본 제조절차를 보여주는 흐름설명도이다, 제2도는 본 발명의 Ni/수화물 전기 기소의 평면도이다, 제3도는 본 발명의 Ni/수화물 전지의 구조를 보여주는 단면도이다.
Claims (5)
- 수산화니켈 양극과 또한 수소-저장합금인 활성물질을 담은 음극, 또한 이들 전극을 분리하는 분리기를 구비하고 양전극은 분리기와 함게 서로 공축형으로 장착배열하고 외장캔의 단면을 완전히 충전한 분말 압분체형 질량 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 원형 전자식 기밀형 니켈/수화물 저장 배터리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양극은 원통외장재(1)속에 압축시킨 원통형-고리분발 압분체(2)를 점착물 형태로 포함하고 관형 음극을 형성하며 분리기 삽입과 함께 관형 음극 내부를 음극의 압축 활성 물질로 충전한 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제2항에 있어서, 점착물을 형성하고 전류 수집기를 수용하는 중심공동(4)을 갖는 수소-저장 합금물질로 된 원통형 불말 압분체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제3항에 있어서, 음극의 전류 수집기는 외장뚜껑(6)위에 용접된 또한 음극 중심공동속으로 압축된 네일(7)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 한 항에 있어서, 양극의 압축 분말체는 수산화니켈, 니켈금속분말 또한 코발트 금속분말이나 수산화 코발트 첨가로 만든 무수 혼합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
