Abstract

스프링(12)은 카세트 하우징(14)의 내면에 장착된 중앙 고정부(40)와, 상기 고정부(40)로부터 카세트 릴과 결합하도록 연장된 길다란 압박부(38)를 구비한다.각 압박부는 하나의 중앙기부(42)와 한쌍의 탄력부(44)를 구비한다. 각 탄력부(44)는 기부(42)로부터 소정 각도로 연장되어 채널을 형성한다. 각 탄력부(44)는, 상기 하우징(14)의 내면과 결합하여 압박부(38)를 릴(16,18)과 결합하도록 가압하는 자유 연부(60)를 갖는다. 상기 탄력부(44)는 하우징 내면의 돌출부들과 결합하여, 총 스프링 력을 상기 하우징의 2개의 영역 사이에서 분할할 수 있다.

제1도는 VHS형 비디오카세트의 단면도로서, 테이프 드라이브의 스핀들이 삽입되어 있음, 제2도는 본 발명의 스프링을 도시하는 제1도위 비디오카세트 커버의 내측에 대한 평면도, 제3A는 비디오카세트의 일 실시예에 따른 스프링의 일부 정면도, 제3B도는 비디오카세트의 다른 실시예에 따른 스프링의 일부 정면도, 제3C도는 비디오카세트의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 스프링의 일부 정면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 두꺼운 돌출부(76,78)을 갖는 카세트 하우징(14)의 내면과 상기 하우징내에 회전가능하게 장착된 릴(16,18)사이에 압력을 가하기 위한 탄성의 시이트형 재질의 일체형 스프링(12)에 있어서, 상기 하우징(14)의 내면에 고정된 중앙 고정부(40)와; 상기 고종부(40)의 양 측면으로부터 연장되며 상기 릴(16,18)중 하나와 결합하도록 구성된 한쌍의 길다란 압박부(38)로서, 상기 압박부는 사이드 연부를 가지며 상기 중앙 고정부와 정렬되는 중앙 기부(42)와; 상기 기부의 연부를 따라 위치되며, 상기 기부에 대하여 소정의 각도로 상기 기부로부터 연장된 적어도 하나의 탄력부(44)를 각기 포함하고; 각 탄력부(44)는 상기 하우징(14)의 내면과 결합하여 상기 압박부(38)를 상기 하우징으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 탄성 가압하는 한편 상기 압박부를 상기 릴(16,18)과 결합시키는 자유연부(60)를 갖고, 각 탄력부(44)의 상기 자유연부(60)는 상기 하우징의 두꺼운 돌출부(76,78)와 접촉하며, 상기 스프링(12)은 양 탄력부(44)를 상기 하우징의 내면에 대고 누르는 것에 의해서 그것의 스프링력을 제공하여서, 총 스프링 력을 상기 하우징의 적어도 2개의 영역사이에서 분할시키는 한쌍의 길다란 압박부(38)를 포함하는 스프링(12).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각 압박부(38)는 상기 기부(42)의 사이드 연부를 따라 위치된 한쌍의 탄력부(44)를 포함하고, 상기 탄력부(44)는 만곡부를 따라서 상기 기부에 대하여 소정의 각도로 상기 기부(42)로부터 상향으로 연장되어 채널을 형성하고, 상기 스프링(12)은 상기 채널의 개방 사이드가 상기 하우징 방향으로 있도록 상기 하우징(14)내에 배치되어, 상기 탄력부(44)의 변형에 의해 상기 압박부(38)를 상기 릴(16,18)과 결합하도록 가압하게 되는 스프링(12).
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄력부(44)는 상기 수직선에 대하여 30도 내지 79도의 각도로 서로로부터 외향으로 연장되고, 상기 탄력부(44)의 자유 연부의 길이는 상기 스프링(12)의 총 길이의 15% 미만인 스프링(12).
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 압박부(38)는 각 탄력부(44)에 인접해서 상기 기부(42)의 사이드 연부를 따라 위치된 적어도 하나의 보강부(45)를 포함하는 스프링(12).
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 각 탄력부(44)는 제1(58), 제2(60) 및 제3(62)연부에 의해 규정되고, 상기 보강부(45)는 상기 탄력부(44)와 연접하며, 상기 고정부(40)의 연부에 대하여 경사진 경사부를 구비하는 자유 연부(64)를 갖고, 상기 보강부(45)의 자유 연부(64)의 경사부와 탄력부의 제2자유 연부는 동일 직선상에 있는 스프링(12).
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제3자유 연부(58,62)는 상기 만곡부로부터 멀어지도록 연장하고 상기 제2연부와 이어져서 대체로 사다리꼴 형상체를 형성하는 스프링(12).
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스프링은 개구(48)를 갖고, 상기 개구와 정합하는 상기 하우징상의 포스트에 의해 상기 하우징(14)에 고정가능하며, 상기 탄력부(44)의 제2자유 연부(60)는 상기 돌출부(76,78)와 결합하여 그들의 기부(42)를 상기 내면과 반대방향으로 가압해서 상기 기부(42)와 상기 압박부(38)가 상기 내면으로부터 멀어지도록 함으로써 상기 릴(16,18)을 각각의 드라이브 스핀들을 향하여 가압하는 스프링(12).
  8. 베이스(22)와; 두꺼운 돌출부(76,78)를 갖는 내면을 구비한 커버(20)와; 하우징(14)내에 회전가능하게 장착된 한쌍의 릴(16,18)과; 제1항의 스프링(12)을 포함하는 카세트(10).
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(14)내에 윈도우를 더 포함하고, 상기 하우징의 두꺼운 돌출부(76,78)는 상기 윈도우를 둘러싸면서 그 뼈대를 만드는 상기 커버중의 일부와 상기 윈도우의 테두리부를 포함하는 카세트(10).
