Claims (10)
- 고에너지 제동용 다재료 디스크에 있어서, 고체 세라믹 재료 브레이크 라이닝과 관련된 적어도 하나의 세라믹 또는 서어밋 페이싱을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고에너지 제동용 다재료 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나의 페이싱은 탄화 크롬계의 세라믹-금속 복합 재료 외측 페이싱은 탄화크롬계의 세라믹-금속 복합 재료로 된 외측 페이싱인 것을 특징으로 하는 고에너지 제동용 다재료 디스크.
- 제2항에 있어서, 세라믹-금속 복합 재료 외측 마찰 페이싱은 니켈-크롬/탄화크롬형인 것을 특징으로 하는 고에너지 제동용 다재료 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, NiCrA1Y-지르코니아형 세라믹-금속 복합 재료 또는 이트륨 함유 지르코니아 또는 절연 상화물 세라믹으로 된 열 장벽을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고에너지 제동용 다재료 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서,기판, 열 장벽 및 외부 마찰층을 연속적으로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고에너지 제동용 다재료 디스크.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 외부 플랜지들은 일면 상에 부착된 제2열 장벽들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고에너지 제동용 다재료 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착층 NiCrA1Y로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고에너지 제동용 다재료 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 페이싱이 섬유들로 보강되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고에너지 제동용 다재료 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 티탄산 알루미늄 또는 다른 세라믹 재료로 된 스터드들을 포함하는 브레이크 라이닝과 관계가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고에너지 제동용 다재료 디스크.
