Abstract
각각의 측면상에서 제1마찰층(6)이 부착되는 제2마찰층(7)을 지지하는 디스크브레이크(1)에 있어서, 마찰층(6.7)은 힘발휘수단(4.5)에 의해서 작동가능하며 적어도 하나의 제1마찰층(6)이 제2마찰층(7) 사이에서의 접촉으로 마멸되면 각각의 힘발휘수단(4.5)은 표시음을 발생하며 냉각홈(9)은 적어도 제1마찰층(6)의 전체 두께를 통하여 뻗어 있다.

Claims (9)
- 각각의 측면상에서 제1마찰층(6)이 부착되는 제2마찰층(7)을 지지하는 디스크브레이크(1)에 있어서 마찰층(6.7)은 힘발휘수단(4.5)에 의해서 작동가능하며 적어도 하나의 제1마찰층(6)이 제2마찰층(7)사이에서의 접촉으로 마멸되면 각각의 힘발휘수단(4.5)은 표시음을 발생하며 냉각홈(9.9')은 제1마찰층(6)에 제공되며 각각의 냉각홈(9.9')은 적어도 제1마찰층(6)의 전체 두께를 통하여 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크브레이크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 냉각홈은 바람직하게 상기 제2마찰층의 두께의 적어도 80%의 두께로 제2마찰층내로 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크브레이크.
- 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 냉각홈(9′)은 제2마찰층(7)의 전체 두께를 통하여 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크브레이크.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 각각의 홈(9)의 서로 면한 벽(10)은 디스크(1)을 향한 방향으로 수렴되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크브레이크.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 냉각홈(9′)의 서로 면한 벽(10′)은 평행한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크브레이크.
- 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 제2마찰층(7)은 브론즈재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크브레이크.
- 제6항에 있어서, 브론즈재는 디스크(1)상에서 소결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크브레이크.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 제1마찰층(6)은 종이재를 함유한 마찰라이닝으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크브레이크.
- 제1항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 제1마찰층은 제2마찰층(7)에 결합된 접착층(8)인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크브레이크.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
