Abstract

마스타 실린더 저장소에서 브레이크유체가 마찰제어동안에 브레이크회로내로 흡입될지라도 브레이크 시스템의 마스타 실린더가 손상되지 않는 장치가 구비된다. 휠 브레이크 압력밸브는 메인라인에 구비되어 있다. 또한 이 시스템은 제어밸브로부터 방출된 유체를 저장하기 위한 방출된 유체저장소와 방출된 유체저장소에서의 유체를 메인라인의 유체복귀지점내로 복귀시키기 위한 펌프와 유체복귀지점으로부터 마스타 실린더쪽으로 어떤 유체흐름을 체크하기 위한 마찰제어 전환밸브와 메인라인으로부터 분기된 공급라인에 구비되고 통상 브레이크동안 메인라인과 연통하도록 채택된 중간 유체저장소를 또한 포함하고 있다. 이 시스템은 마찰제어동안에 공급라인으로부터 중간저장소쪽으로 어떤 유체흐름을 체크하도록 메인라인으로 부터 분기된 연결라인에 구비되어 있는 걸리간 밸브를 갖추고 있다. 다른 전환밸브가 구비되어 중간저장소와 방출된 유체저장소와의 사이에서 연통을 개폐한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 방출밸브를 포함하고 있고, 마스타 실린더로부터 휠 브레이크까지 뻗어있는 메인 유체라인에 구비된 휠 브레이크 유압제어밸브로 구성된 브레이크 유압제어기로서, 상기 방출밸브로부터 방출된 브레이크 유체를 임시 저장하기 위한 방출된 유체 저장소; 상기 방출된 유체저장소에서 브레이크 유체를 흡입하고 유체복귀지점에서 메인 유체라인으로 복귀시키는 펌프; 그리고 상기 유체복귀지점으로부터 마스타 실린더쪽으로 흐르는 유체를 체크하기 위한 마찰제어전환밸브;로 구성된 브레이크유압제어기에 있어서, 상기 마찰제어 전환밸브의 상류지점에서 메인유체라인으로부터 분기된 유체공급라인; 통상 브레이크 모우드 동안에 최소한 메인유체라인과 연통되도록 상기 유체공급 라인에 구비된 중간유체저장소; 상기 마찰제어전환밸브의 하류지점에서 메인유체라인으로부터 분기되고 그리고 상기 중간유체저장소를 유도되는 유체연통라인; 상기 유체연통라인에서의 압력이 마찰제어를 위해 필요한 최대압력을 초과하면 상기 유체연통라인에서의 브레이크 유체를 상기 중간유체저장소 내로 방출하기 위해 상기 유체연통라인에 구비된 릴리프 밸브; 그리고 상기 유체공급라인으로부터 상기 중간유체저장소 쪽으로 흐르는 유체를 체크하고 마찰제어동안에 상기 중간유체저장소와 상기 방출된 유체저장소와의 사이에 유체 연통을 허용하는 제2전환 밸브로 더 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 유압제어기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2전환밸브는 통상 브레이크 모우드와 앤티록 브레이크 제어모우드 동안에 상기 유체공급라인과 상기 중간유체저장소와의 사이에서 유체연통을 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 유압제어기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중간유체저장소가 장치되어 중간유체저장소의 내부 압력이 대기압보다 낮을때, 그 체적은 내부압력이 대기압과 실제로 동일할때 까지 감소하며, 상기 중간유체저장소는 상기 유체공급라인과 연통하는 한편, 상기 중간유체저장소의 체적은 초기 체적보다 작고, 그리고 상기 중간유체저장소의 체적이 증가하는 한편 상기 마스타 실린더의 저장소의 유압이 상기 중간유체저장소에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 유압제어기.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2전환밸브는 마스타 실린더 압력에 의해 작동되는 압력응답 전환밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 유압제어기.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 마찰제어전환밸브는 마스타 실린더 압력에 의해 작동되는 압력응답전환밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 유압제어기.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 마찰제어전환밸브는 마스타 실린더가 상기 휠 브레이크 또는 펌프로부터 상기 유체복귀지점과 선택적으로 연통하기 위해서 상기 유체공급라인이 메인유체라인으로부터 분기하는 지점의 하류에서 메인유체라인에 구비된 3-포오토, 2-포지션 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 유압제어기.
