Abstract

압축 용기로부터 그리고 그곳으로의 압축 가스 흐름을 제어하기 위한 2방향 솔레노이드 작동 밸브는 전기 차단 또는 충격시에 가스라인에 대하여 실린더 바깥쪽의 가스흐름을 자동적으로 차단하고 충격시에 재해를 예방한 것이다. 상기 2방향 밸브는 수동 록크다운 형성과, 조립체를 통한 내부 전기 경로 및 열적으로 작동가능한 압력 릴리이프 밸브를 포함한다.

제1도는 압축 실린더의 보드상에 저장된 압축 천연가스에 의하여 구동되도록 채택된 차량과, 본 발명의 2방향 밸브의 일반적인 위치를 도시하는 개략도, 제2도는 찹측 용기에 장착된 본 발명의 2방향 밸브의 부분 측단면도, 제3도는 제2도의 밸브의 평면도, 제4도는 제3도의 4-4선을 따라 취한 부분 측단면도. 제5도는 제4도에 도시된 실링 플러그와 전기 커넥터 핀의 부분 확대 단면도, 제6도는 제2도에 도시된 탄성 가스켓과 수동적인 록크다운 밸브의 가스켓 홀더의 확대 단면도, 제7도는 제2도에 도시된 솔레노이드 밸브의 포핏 헤드와 몸체의 확대 단면도, 제8도는 제4도의 8-8선을 따라 취한 상부도.

Claims (10)

  1. 밸브 몸체를 통하여 연장되는 가스 흐름 통로를 포함하고 제1 및 제2단부를 갖는 밸브 몸체와; 상기 흐름 통로내에 있는 제1 및 제2밸브 시트와; 가스 흐름 통로내에 미끄럼 가능하게 된 포핏 몸체와 포핏 몸체와 포핏헤드를 제1밸브 시트를 향하여 편향시키는 스프링을 포함한 솔레이노이드 코어 및 솔레노이드 코어를 포핏 몸체로부터 이격되도록 이동시키는 솔레노이드 코어를 포함하는 솔레노이드 밸브 및; 상기 제2밸브 시트와 출구 포트 사이의 가스 흐름 통로에 위치된 수동 록크 다운 밸브를 포함하고; 상기 가스 흐름 통로의 제1단부를 압축 용기의 내부와 소통되며, 상기 가스 흐름 통로의 제2단부는 밸브 몸체의 출구 포트와 소통되고, 상기 포핏 몸체는 가스 흐름 통로를 폐쇄하기 위하여 제1밸브 시트에 대하여 밀봉하기 위한 헤드를 포함하는 압축 용기로부터 그리고 그곳으로의 압축 가스 흐름을 제어하기 위한 2방향 밸브에 있어서, 상기 제2밸브 시트에 대한 밀봉시, 상기 수동 록크다운 밸브가 압축 용기내로 또는 외부로 가스 흐름을 방지하도록 수동 록크다운 밸브는 솔레노이드 밸브와 일련으로 위치시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 2방향 밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수동 록크다운 밸브는 제2밸브 시트에 대하여 밀봉되도록 탄성 가스켓을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2방향 밸브.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수동 록크다운 밸브는 그곳내에 장착된 탄성 가스켓으로서 환형 쳄버를 형성하는 측벽과 상부벽을 가진 가스켓 홀더를 부가로 포함하고, 상기 수동 록크다운 밸브가 개방 위치에 있을 때 가스켓 홀더와 가스켓은 가스용 브리드 통로를 형성하는 그곳내의 각각 오리피스를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 2방향 밸브.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스켓 홀더는 상부벽의 내부상에서 환형 릿지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2방향 밸브.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 솔레이노이드 밸브를 전력원에 연결하기 위한 수단을 부가로 포함하고, 상기 연결수단은 밸브 몸체를 통과하는 환형 통로와, 상기 통로를 밀봉하고 플러그를 통하여 연장되는 적어도 하나의 일체화된 핀을 포함하는 플러그 및 솔레노이드 밸브를 적어도 하나의 핀에 전기적으로 연결하는 적어도 하나의 와이어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2방향 밸브.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 플러그는 세라믹 재료로 제조되고, 상기 핀은 플러그에 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2방향 밸브.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 환형 통로의 출구 단부상에서 적어도 하나의 핀과 결합하는 전기 커넥터를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2방향 밸브.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압축 용기의 내부와 밸브 몸체상의 가스 벤트 포트와 소통되는 제2가스 흐름통로와, 상기 제2가스 흐름 통로내에 위치하여 블로킹하는 열로써 작동되는 압력 릴리이프 장치를 부가로 포함하고, 상기 열로써 작동되는 압력 릴리이프 장치는 제2가스 흐름 통로를 개방하는 소정의 온도에서 용융되도록 채택된 것을 특징으로 하는 2방향 밸브.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스 흐름 통로와 소통되는 일반적인 연료 충진 및 연료 공급 포트를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2방향 밸브.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압축 용기로부터 그리고 그곳으로 압축가스의 흐름을 제어하기 위하여 개구내에 장착된 2방향 밸브로써 개구를 가진 압축용기를 부가로 포함하고, 상기 2방향 밸브는 솔레노이드 밸브가 폐쇄위치에 있을 때 압축 용기의 내부와 직접 소통되는 어떠한 외부 핏팅도 갖지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 2방향 밸브.
