Abstract

본 발명에 따른 래치 장치를 슬라이드 도어에 부착하는 장치는 슬라이드 도어에 형성한 부착벽(15)을 구비한다. 래치 장치는 차체에 고정한 스트라이커(4)와 계합하는 포크부재(10) 및 이 포크부재(10)의 역전을 방지하는 멈춤쇠부재(11)를 수납한 래치바디(2)와 이 래치바디(12)의 양쪽에 부착되는 2개의 금속제 플레이트(9,13)를 구비한다. 이 플레이트(9)는 상기 부착벽(15)에 거의 전면이 밀착한다. 플레이트(13)에는 상기 나사 또는 볼트가 나사 맞춤하는 돌출부를 형성한다. 래치 장치를 부착벽(15)에 지착(止着)하는 나사 또는 볼트는 래치장치를 관통하여 상기 돌출부에 나사 맞춤한다. 부착벽(15)은 상기 래치 장치의 진행방향에 대하여 거의 평행으로 형성한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 차체를 따라 이동하므로써 개폐되는 슬라이드 도어의 전방측면에 래치장치를 부착하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 래치 장치가 부착되고, 상기 래치 장치의 진행방향에 대하여 거의 평행으로 되어 있는 부착벽을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 래치 장치는 차체에 고정한 스트라이커와, 걸어 맞추어지는 포크부재와, 상기 포크부재의 역전을 방지하는 멈춤쇠 부재를 구비하며, 상기 부착벽은 상기 포크부재의 회전면과 평행하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 래치 장치는 상기 벽에 상기 래치 장치의 진행방향과 직교하는 나사 또는 볼트에 의하여 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 나사 또는 볼트는 상기 래치 장치를 관통하는 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 래치 장치는 차체에 고정한 스트라이커와, 걸어 맞추어지는 포크부재 및 포크부재의 역전을 방지하는 멈춤쇠 부재를 수납한 래치바디와 상기 래치바디에 부착된 금속제 플레이트를 구비하고, 상기 플레이트에는 상기 나사 또는 볼트의 선단이 나사맞춤하는 돌출부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 래치 장치는 상기 부착벽에 부착되는 제1플레이트와, 상기 나사 또는 볼트의 선단이 나사맞춤하는 돌출부를 형성한 제2플레이트와, 양 플레이트에 의하여 샌드위치되고, 상기 차체에 고정한 스트라이커와 걸어 맞추어지는 포크부재 및 상기 포크부재의 역전을 방지하는 멈춤쇠 부재를 수납한 래치 바디를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 차체를 따라 이동하므로써 개폐되는 슬라이드 도어의 전방 측면에 래치 장치를 부착하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 차체에 고정된 스트라이커와, 상기 래치 장치가 상기 스트라이커와 걸어 맞추어지는 포크부재와, 상기 포크부재의 역전을 방지하는 멈춤쇠 부재를 포함하며, 상기 래치 장치가 나사 또는 볼트에 의하여 부착되는 상기 슬라이드 도어의 부착벽은 상기 포크부재의 회전면과 평행하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 나사 또는 볼트는 상기 래치장치를 관통하는 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 래치 장치는 상기 포크부재 및 상기 멈춤쇠 부재를 수납한 래치바디와, 상기 래치바디에 부착된 금속제 플레이트를 구비하고, 상기 플레이트에는 상기 나사 또는 볼트의 선단이 나사 결합하는 돌출부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 래치장치는 상기 부착벽에 부착되는 제1플레이트와 상기 나사 또는 볼트의 선단이 나사결합하는 돌출부를 형성하는 제2플레이트와, 양 플레이트에 의하여 샌드위치되고 상기 포크부재 및 상기 멈춤쇠 부재를 수납한 래치바디를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
