Abstract
본 발명은 5℃보다 높은 온도에서 액상이고, A) NCO 함량이 14.5 내지 24중량%이고, B) 알로파네이트기함량(C2HN2O3(분자량=101)로서 산출함)이 7.7 내지 14.5중량%인, 유일한 이소시아네이트 성분으로서, 4,4´-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트의 반응 생성물인 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물; 이소시아네이트 성분으로서 4,4´-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트를 탄소 원자수 4 내지 16의 1종 이상의 1가 알코올과 160℃ 이하의 온도에서 5:1내지 8.5:1의 NCO/OH 당량비로 반응시켜 우레탄기를 형성시키고, 우레탄 형성 중 또는 형성 후, 우레탄기를 알로파네이트 형성을 촉진하는 촉매 존재하에 알로파네이트기로 전환시킴으로써 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물을 제조하기 위한 방법; 및 그 액형 폴리우레탄 코팅 조성물에서 폴리이소시아네이트 성분으로서의 본 발명에 따른 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)
- 5℃보다 높은 온도에서 액상이고, A) NCO 함량이 14.5 내지 24중량%이고, B) 알로파네이트기 함량(C2HN2O3(분자량=101)산출함)이 7.7 내지 14.5중량%인 4,4′-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트의 반응 생성물인 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응 생성물이 a) 4,4´-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트를 b) 분자당 탄소 원자수 4 내지 16의 1가 알코올 1종 이상과 5:1 내지 8.5:1의 NCO/OH 당량비로 반응시켜 우레탄기 및 이어서 알로파네이트기를 형성시킴으로써 제조되는 것인 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 1가 알코올이 탄소 원자수 4 내지 10의 직쇄 1가 알코올인 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물.
- 4,4´-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트를 탄소 원자수 4 내지 16의 1가 알코올 1종 이상과 160℃ 이하의 온도에서 5:1 내지 8.5:1의 NCO/OH 당량비로 반응시켜 우레탄기를 형성시키고, 우레탄 형성 중 또는 형성 후, 우레탄기를 알로파네이트 형성을 촉진하는 촉매 존재하에 알로파네이트기로 전환시는 것으로 이루어지는 5℃보다 높은 온도에서 액상인 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 반응 혼합물에 가용성인, 원소 주기율표의 ⅢA,Ⅳb,Ⅰb,Ⅱb,Ⅵb,ⅤⅡb,ⅤⅢb족으로부터의 1종 이상의 금속 화합물중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 주석(Ⅱ)옥토에이트 또는 아연 아세틸아세토네이트인 방법.
- 제1항의 폴리소시아네이트 혼합물, 및 폴리히드록실 화합물로 이루어지는 2액형 폴리우레탄 코팅 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
