Claims (4)

  1. 에스테르 그룹을 함유하고, a) 지방족 결합된 이소시아네이트 그룹의 함량이 18 내지 33중량%, b) 평균 NCO 작용성이 4.1 내지 10이며, c) 점도가 200 내지 2,500 mpa.s(22℃)인 폴리이소시아네이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, a)지방족 결합된 이소시아네이트 그룹의 함량이 20 내지 33중량%, b)평균 NCO 작용성이 5 내지 8이며, c)점도가 500 내지 1,000 mpa.s(22℃)인 폴리이소시아네이트.
  3. 하기 일반식(I)의 이소시아테이토카복실산 클로라이드를 약 50 내지 150℃에서 5 및/또는 6개의 하디드록실 그룹을 함유하는 슈가 또는 슈가 알콜 (이들내의 모든 하이드록실 그룹을 하기 일반식(II)와 같은 실릴화된 형태로 존재한다)과 반응시키고, 증류 반응중에 형성된 삼치환치 클로로실란을 제거시킴을 특징으로 하여, 에스테르 그룹을 함유하고, a)지방족 결합된 이소시아네이트 그룹의 함량이 20 내지 33중량%, b)평균 NCO 작용성이 5 내지 8이며, c)점도가 500 내지 1,000 mpa.s(22℃)인 폴리이소시아네이트를 제조하는 방법,

    상기식에서, R은 2 내지 5개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 포화 지방족 탄화수소 라디칼이고, R′은 알킬 또는 아릴 그룹이다.
  4. 제1항의 폴리시아네이트 및 적어도 2개의 이소시아네이트-반응 그룹을 갖는 성분을 함유하는 2-성분 피복 조성물.
