Abstract
본 발명은 a) 평균 이소시아네이트 관능도 2.1이상, b) 3차 (시클로)지방족 탄소 원자에 결합된 유리 이소시아네이트기 함량 5 내지 22중량%(NCO로서 계산 ; 분자량42), c) 우레탄기 함량 2 내지 30중량%(-NH-CO-O로서 계산 ; 분자량 59), d) 이소시아네이트기 함량 0 내지 30중량%(C3N3O3로서 계산 ; 분자량 126), e) 카르복실산 에스테르기 함량 0 내지 25중량%(-CO-O로서 계산 ; 분자량 44) 및(또는), f) 카르보네이트기 함량 0 내지 34중량%(-O-CO-O로서 계산 ; 분자량 60)이고, 여기서 에스테르기 e) 및 카르보네이트기 f)의 총량은 적어도 2중량%이며 40℃ 이하에서는 고체이고 125℃ 이상에서는 액체인 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 또한 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물의 제조방법 및 폴리우레탄 제조를 위한 용도, 특히 내열성 재료의 코팅을 위한 열경화성의 이성분 폴리우레탄 분말 도료 중의 가교 성분으로서의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)
- a) 평균 이소시아네이트 관능도 2.1이상, b) 3차 (시클로)지방족 탄소 원자에 결합된 유리 이소시아네이트기 함량 5 내지 22중량%(NCO로서 계산 ; 분자량 42), c) 우레탄기 함량 2 내지 30중량%(-NH-CO-O로서 계산 ; 분자량 59), d) 이소시아네이트기 함량 0 내지 30중량%(C3N3O3로서 계산 ; 분자량 126), e) 카르복실산 에스테르기 함량 0 내지 25중량%(-CO-O로서 계산 ; 분자량 44) 및(또는), f)카르보네이트기 함량 0 내지 34중량%(-O-CO-O로서 계산 ; 분자량 60)를 가지고, 여기서 에스테르기 e)및 카르보네이트기 f)의 총량은 적어도 2중량%이며, 40℃ 이하에서는 고체이고 125℃이상에서는 액체인 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물.
- i) 이론적으로 계산된 NCO 함량에 도달할 때까지 NCO/OH 당량비 1.2;1 내지 40;1로, A) 3차 (시클로)지방족 탄소 원자에 결합된 적어도 하나의 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 디이소시아네이트 1종 이상 및 B) 임의로 1차 및(또는) 2차 (시클로)지방족 탄소 원자에 독점적으로 결함된 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 디이소시아네이트를 1종 이상을 C) 에스테르 및(또는) 카르보네이트기를 함유하고 평균 분자량이 134 내지 1,200인 폴리히드록실 화합물 및 D) 임의로 에스테르 및 카르보네이트기를 함유하지 않는 분자량 60 내지 400의 폴리히드록실 화합물과 반응시키고, ii) 임의로 잔류 이소시아네이트기의 일부를 접촉 삼량체화 반응시킴으로써 반응 생성물을 개질시키고, iii) 임의로 박막 증류에 의해 과량의 미반응 디이소시아네이트를 분리하는 것으로 이루어진, a) 평균 이소시아네이트 관능도 2.1 이상, b) 3차 (시클로)지방족 탄소 원자에 결합된 유리 이소시아네이트기 함량 5 내지 22중량%(NCO로서 계산 ; 분자량 42), c) 우레탄기 함량 2 내지 30중량%(-NH-CO-O로서 계산 ; 분자량 59), d) 이소시아네이트기 함량 0 내지 30중량%(C3N3O3로서 계산 ; 분자량 126), e) 카르복실산 에스테르기 함량 0 내지 25중량%(-CO-O로서 계산 ; 분자량 44) 및 (또는), f) 카르보네이트기 함량 0 내지 34중량%(-O-CO-O로서 계산 ; 분자량 60)이고, 여기서 에스테르기 e) 및 카르보네이트기 f)의 총량은 적어도 2중량%이며, 40℃ 이하에서는 고체이고 125℃ 이상에서는 액체인 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 성분 A)가 A1) NCO 함량이 24 내지 50중량%이고 1차 지방족 탄소 원자에 결합된 입체적으로 가리워지지 않은 이소시아네이트기와 3차 지방족 탄소 원자에 결합된 입체적으로 가리워진 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 지방족 디이소시아네이트, A2) NCO 함량이 20 내지 50중량%이고, 1차 지방족 탄소 원자에 결합된 입체적으로 가리워지지 않은 이소시아네이트기와 시클로지방족 고리의 일부인 3차 탄소 원자에 결합된 입체적으로 가리워진 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 지방족-시클로지방족 디이소시아네이트 및 A3)이소시아나토알킬 치환제를 갖고, NCO 함량이 20 내지 35중량%이며, 두 이소시아네이트기가 3차 지방족 탄소 원자에 결합된 방향족 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, A0 가 1-이소시아나토-1메틸-4(3)-이소시아나토메틸-시클로헥산으로 이루어진 방법.
- 제1항의 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물로부터 제조된 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항의 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물 및 이소시아네이트-방향성 성분을 함유한 분말 도료 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
