Abstract

본 발명은 다공질세라믹체의 개강기공중에 고흡수성수지가 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩재료로서, 바람직하게는 개방기공률이 약5~15%의 재료이다. 유체 및 기체중에서 사용되는 펌프용 저널베어링에 있어서, 회전측부재를 초경질합금으로 구성하여 고정측부재를 상기 슬라이딩재료로 구성한 베어링에 관한 것이다.
수지가 수분을 흡수함으로써 기체중에 무윤활조건하에 노출된 경우에도 양호한 슬라이딩성능을 나타낸다. 또 맑은 물속 뿐만 아니라 슬러리와 같은 유체중에 있어서도 안정한 슬라이딩성능을 나타낸다.

Claims (4)

  1. 다공질세라믹체의 개방기공중에 고흡수성수지가 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 개방기공률이 5~15%인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 재료.
  3. 유체 및 기체중에서 사용되는 수중베어링에 있어서, 회전측부재는 초경질합금으로 구성되고, 고정측부재는 다공질세라믹체로 구성되며, 상기 다공질세라믹의 개방기공중에는 고흡수성수지가 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수중베어링.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 개방기공률이 5~15%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수중베어링.
