Abstract

본 발명은 샤프트를 저널링하는 회전 가능 부싱과 부싱의 대향 단부에 있는 샤프트 상의 스러스트 판을 포함하는 샤프트를 저널링하는 동수력 베어링에 관한 것이다. 부싱은 원통형 슬리브에 내장된다. 윤활제는 담는 간극 공간은 샤프트와 부싱과 슬리브와 스러스트 판 사이에 형성된다. 부싱과 슬리브 사이의 슬리브 내의 내부 방사상 챔버는 윤활제를 저장하며 이물질 입자를 수집한다. 부싱을 통한 방사상 통로는 저널 베어링과 샤프트와 스러스트 판 사이의 윤활제 유동을 제공한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 샤프트를 저널링하기 위한 동수력 베어링에 있어서, 슬리브 내에 지지되어 상기 샤프트를 저널링하는 부싱과 상기 부싱의 대향단부에 있는 상기 샤프트 상의 스러스트 판을 포함하며, 상기 부싱과 샤프트와 스러스트 판은 사이에 윤활제를 유지하기 위한 간극공간을 한정하며, 상기 슬리브 및 부싱은 사이의 입자 수집 윤활제 저장 채널을 한정하며,상기 부싱은 상기 간극 공간에 입자가 없는 윤활제를 공급하기 위해 상기 간극 공간과 상기 채널 사이의 포트를 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동수력 베어링.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브와 상기 부싱 사이에 축방향 연장 압력 평형 통로를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동수력 베어링.
  3. 원통형 슬리브 내에 둘러싸인 원통형 부싱과 상기 부싱 내에 저널링되어 상기 부싱의 보다 작은 내부면에 대해 윤활제로 충전된 간극 공간을 형성하는 외부면을 갖는 저널을 포함하는 샤프트를 포함하는 동수력 베어링 및 샤프트 조립체에 있어서, 상기 슬리브는 상기 슬리브와 상기 부싱 사이의 내주 채널을 한정하며, 상기 부싱은 상기 채널 및 상기 샤프트와 연통된 방사상 포트를 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동수력 베어링 및 샤프트 조립체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 채널의 면은 이물질 입자를 유지하도록 거친 것을 특징으로 하는 동수력 베어링.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브와 상기 부싱 사이의 압력 평형 통로를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동수력 베어링 및 샤프트 조립체.
