Abstract
본 발명은 코르디에리트와 같은 무기물 및 칼슘 세라믹 담체상에 은과 같은 항균성 금속을 흡착시켜 제도된 항균성 물질을 함유하는 항균성 세라믹에 관한 것으로, 0.6∼1.2g/㎤의 벌크 밀도를 갖는다. 프리트와 같은 바인더, 뮬라이트와 같은 응집체, 및 칼슘 세라믹 담체상에 은과 같은 항균성 금속을 흡착시켜 제조된 항균성 물질을 함유하는 항균성 세라믹필터는 20% 이상의 다공성을 갖는다. 경량의 항균성 세라믹은 지붕의 정원과 같은 곳에 적용할 수 있다. 상기 항균성 세라믹 필터는 여러 박테리아 및 부유물을 제거하고 박멸시킬 수 있다.

Claims (12)
- 항균성 금속 또는 금속이온이 담체상에 흡착된 0.01∼20중량%의 항균성 물질; 및 99.9∼80중량%의 무기산화물 및/또는 비-무기산화물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량의 항균성 세라믹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항균성 물질이 0.01∼20중량%의 항균성 금속 또는 금속이온 및 99.9∼80중량%의 담체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량의 항균성 세라믹.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 항균성 금속 또는 금속이온이 은, 구리, 아연, 백금, 주석, 비소, 납, 카드뮴 및 크롬으로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 성분임을 특징으로 하는 경량의 항균성 세라믹.
- 제1항 또는 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 포스페이트, 실리카,및 제올라이트로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 성분임을 특징으로 하는 경량의 항균성 세라믹.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 포스페이트가 칼슘 포스페이트, 징크 포스페이트, 지르코니음, 포스페이르 및 알루미늄 포스페이스트로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 성분임을 특징으로 하는 경량의 항균성 세라믹.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 칼슘 포스페이트가 크리칼슘 포스페이트, 칼슘 하이드로겐포스페이트, 칼슘 피로포스페이트, 칼슘 메타포스페이트, 하이드록시 아파타이트, 및 아파타이트 할라이드로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 성분임을 특징으로 하는 경량의 항균성 세라믹.
- 제1항 또는 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무기산화물 및 상기 비-무기산화물이 불용성이고, 인간, 동물, 및 식물에 실질적으로 무해한 것을 특징으로 하는 경량의 항균성 세라믹.
- 제1항 또는 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 항균성 세라믹이 빌딩 또는 지붕에 조성된 정원용 토질 개량제로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 경량의 항균성 세라믹.
- 담체상에 항균성 금속, 항균성 이온을 흡착시켜 항균성 세라믹 물질을 제조하는 단계; 0.01∼20중량%의 상기 항균성 세라믹 물질과 99.9∼80중량%의 무기산화물 및/또는 비-무기산화물을 혼합시켜 제1혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 5∼50중량부의 연소물과 100중량부의 상기 제1혼합물을 혼합시겨 제2혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 및 500-1300℃에서 제2혼합물을 소성시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량의 항균성 세라믹을 제조하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 연소물이 탄소분말, 밀분말 또는 쌀분말과 같은 곡식분말, 또는 톱밥임을 특징으로 하는 경량의 항균성 세라믹을 제조하는 방법.
- 무기산화물 및/또는 비-무기산화물로 이루어지는 응집상 및 무기바인더상으로 이루어지는 99.9∼80중량%의 기본 물질상; 및 담체 및 상기 담체상에 흡착된 금속 또는 금속이온으로 이루어지는 0.01∼20중량%의 항균성 물질로 이루어지고, 20% 이상의 다공성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 세라믹필터.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 필터의 가공직경이 20 내지 8000㎛임을 특징으로 하는 항균성 세라믹필터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
