Abstract
本发明公开了一种抑菌抗菌陶瓷滤芯及其制备方法,其主要由海绿石、海浮石、膨润土、纳米乌金炭、稻壳粉、蛏子王壳粉、木鱼石、碳酸氢钠、丙烯酸乳液、甘蔗糖蜜、棕榈纤维、玉米粉、酚醛树脂、环氧大豆油、蜂蜡、抑菌添加剂制成。本发明的陶瓷滤芯以海绿石、海浮石为主要原料,并添加了纳米乌金炭、稻壳粉、蛏子王壳粉、木鱼石等原料,使得陶瓷滤芯具有很好的过滤性能,可以有效吸附重金属等有害物质,且化学性能稳定,耐水性能好,添加的抑菌添加剂中北投石、水晶碎石可以释放出大量的负离子,可以起到很好的杀菌抑菌作用,天然锰砂、纳米银碳分子筛、纳米氧化锌相互配合,不仅具有良好的过滤吸附性能,也具有很好的杀菌性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷材料技术领域,更具体地说是一种抑菌抗菌陶瓷滤芯及其制备方法。
背景技术
陶瓷滤芯,主要用于对饮用水进行过滤、抗菌和活化处理,有害的余氯和悬浮污染物、有机化学物质、颜色与异味,通过使用该滤芯能够过滤出达到一定饮用标准的饮用水。既可应用于净水器、桶装水和分质供水等行业,也可以应用于对水质供应有相应要求的其它场合。目前国际上过滤精度最高的陶瓷滤芯为双控制膜陶瓷滤芯,平均孔径为0.1μm。经该滤芯过滤后的水无需煮开,即可饮用,完全达到国家直接饮用水的标准。随着人们对健康生活的追求和水质的要求越来越高,陶瓷滤芯将会更加广泛地应用于饮用水处理领域。
现在环境大气污染十分严重,雾霾天气给人们带来了极大的危害,空气吸附过滤材料能将空气的各种有害颗粒物,如PM2.5吸附,防止进入人们的生活或工作环境,减少人体肺部对颗粒物等有害物质的吸入,提高人们的生活质量,减少疾病的发生。现有过滤材料主要有蜂窝陶瓷、滤纸、纳米乌金炭、钢丝网等。现有陶瓷过滤材料原料、配方、功能都比较单一,不能满足技术不断发展的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供一种抑菌抗菌陶瓷滤芯及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抑菌抗菌陶瓷滤芯,由以下重量份的原料制成:海绿石60-70、海浮石30-40、膨润土12-15、纳米乌金炭8-12、稻壳粉6-8、蛏子王壳粉3-5、木鱼石4-6、碳酸氢钠3-5、丙烯酸乳液1-2、甘蔗糖蜜1-2、棕榈纤维2-4、玉米粉1-3、酚醛树脂3-5、环氧大豆油4-6、蜂蜡1-2、抑菌添加剂6-7;
所述的抑菌添加剂由以下重量份原料制成:北投石20-30、水晶碎石15-18、天然锰砂8-12、纳米银碳分子筛3-5、纳米氧化锌1-3、十二烷基葡萄糖苷0.5-1、双氧水35-45;制备方法为:将北投石、水晶碎石、天然锰砂在810-870℃下煅烧1-2小时后粉碎研磨成粉,然后和纳米银碳分子筛、纳米氧化锌混合均匀,再加入十二烷基葡萄糖苷、双氧水搅拌1-1.5小时,然后过滤取出;用蒸馏水清洗3-4次,烘干即得。
一种抑菌抗菌陶瓷滤芯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将海绿石、海浮石、膨润土、纳米乌金炭、稻壳粉、木鱼石混合后加入适量的水,搅拌均匀后浸泡2-3小时,过滤后用清水洗至近中性,于80℃~100℃干燥,于600℃~800℃煅烧1-2小时,冷却粉碎;
(2)将棕榈纤维粉碎后加入蛏子王壳粉、丙烯酸乳液、玉米粉、酚醛树脂、蜂蜡,在40-50℃下混合搅拌30-40分钟;
(3)将步骤(1)中粉碎后的原料、步骤(2)中的原料、抑菌添加剂以及其他剩余成份混合,真空练泥,送入模具中,脱模后,送入250-270℃烧结炉中烧结1-2小时,然后,以4-6℃/分钟速度升温至750-800℃烧结2-3小时,然后,再以8-10℃/分钟速率升温至1150-1250℃烧结4-5小时即得。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明的陶瓷滤芯以海绿石、海浮石为主要原料,并添加了纳米乌金炭、稻壳粉、蛏子王壳粉、木鱼石等原料,使得陶瓷滤芯具有很好的过滤性能,可以有效吸附重金属等有害物质,且化学性能稳定,耐水性能好,添加的抑菌添加剂中北投石、水晶碎石可以释放出大量的负离子,可以起到很好的杀菌抑菌作用,天然锰砂、纳米银碳分子筛、纳米氧化锌相互配合,不仅具有良好的过滤吸附性能,也具有很好的杀菌性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种抑菌抗菌陶瓷滤芯,由以下重量(kg)的原料制成:海绿石60、海浮石30、膨润土12、纳米乌金炭8、稻壳粉6、蛏子王壳粉3、木鱼石4、碳酸氢钠3、丙烯酸乳液1、甘蔗糖蜜1、棕榈纤维2、玉米粉1、酚醛树脂3、环氧大豆油4、蜂蜡1、抑菌添加剂6;

(3)将步骤(1)中粉碎后的原料、步骤(2)中的原料、抑菌添加剂以及其他剩余成份混合,真空练泥,送入模具中,脱模后,送入250℃烧结炉中烧结1小时,然后,以4℃/分钟速度升温至750℃烧结2小时,然后,再以8℃/分钟速率升温至1150℃烧结4小时即得。
实施例2

所述的抑菌添加剂由以下重量(kg)原料制成:北投石30、水晶碎石18、天然锰砂12、纳米银碳分子筛5、纳米氧化锌3、十二烷基葡萄糖苷0.5-1、双氧水45;制备方法为:将北投石、水晶碎石、天然锰砂在870℃下煅烧1小时后粉碎研磨成粉,然后和纳米银碳分子筛、纳米氧化锌混合均匀,再加入十二烷基葡萄糖苷、双氧水搅拌1小时,然后过滤取出;用蒸馏水清洗-4次,烘干即得。
一种抑菌抗菌陶瓷滤芯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将海绿石、海浮石、膨润土、纳米乌金炭、稻壳粉、木鱼石混合后加入适量的水,搅拌均匀后浸泡3小时,过滤后用清水洗至近中性,于100℃干燥,于800℃煅烧2小时,冷却粉碎;
(2)将棕榈纤维粉碎后加入蛏子王壳粉、丙烯酸乳液、玉米粉、酚醛树脂、蜂蜡,在50℃下混合搅拌40分钟;
(3)将步骤(1)中粉碎后的原料、步骤(2)中的原料、抑菌添加剂以及其他剩余成份混合,真空练泥,送入模具中,脱模后,送入270℃烧结炉中烧结2小时,然后,以6℃/分钟速度升温至800℃烧结3小时,然后,再以10℃/分钟速率升温至1250℃烧结5小时即得。
上述实施例1-3制得的陶瓷滤芯的吸附性能检测结果如下表所示:

1.一种抑菌抗菌陶瓷滤芯,其特征在于:由以下重量(kg)的原料制成:海绿石65、海浮石35、膨润土13、纳米乌金炭10、稻壳粉7、蛏子王壳粉4、木鱼石5、碳酸氢钠4、丙烯酸乳液1、甘蔗糖蜜1、棕榈纤维3、玉米粉2、酚醛树脂4、环氧大豆油5、蜂蜡1、抑菌添加剂6;
所述的抑菌添加剂由以下重量(kg)原料制成:北投石25、水晶碎石16、天然锰砂10、纳米银碳分子筛4、纳米氧化锌2、十二烷基葡萄糖苷0.7、双氧水40;制备方法为:将北投石、水晶碎石、天然锰砂在850℃下煅烧1.5小时后粉碎研磨成粉,然后和纳米银碳分子筛、纳米氧化锌混合均匀,再加入十二烷基葡萄糖苷、双氧水搅拌1.5小时,然后过滤取出;用蒸馏水清洗4次,烘干即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌抗菌陶瓷滤芯的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将海绿石、海浮石、膨润土、纳米乌金炭、稻壳粉、木鱼石混合后加入适量的水,搅拌均匀后浸泡2.5小时,过滤后用清水洗至近中性,于90℃干燥,于700℃煅烧1.5小时,冷却粉碎;
(2)将棕榈纤维粉碎后加入蛏子王壳粉、丙烯酸乳液、玉米粉、酚醛树脂、蜂蜡,在45℃下混合搅拌35分钟;
(3)将步骤(1)中粉碎后的原料、步骤(2)中的原料、抑菌添加剂以及其他剩余成份混合,真空练泥,送入模具中,脱模后,送入260℃烧结炉中烧结1.5小时,然后,以5℃/分钟速度升温至780℃烧结2.5小时,然后,再以9℃/分钟速率升温至1200℃烧结4.5小时即得。
