背景技术
陶瓷滤芯,主要用于对饮用水进行过滤、抗菌和活化处理,有害的余氯和悬浮污染物、有机化学物质、颜色与异味,通过使用该滤芯能够过滤出达到一定饮用标准的饮用水。既可应用于净水器、桶装水和分质供水等行业,也可以应用于对水质供应有相应要求的其它场合。目前国际上过滤精度最高的陶瓷滤芯为双控制膜陶瓷滤芯,平均孔径为0.1μm。经该滤芯过滤后的水无需煮开,即可饮用,完全达到国家直接饮用水的标准。随着人们对健康生活的追求和水质的要求越来越高,陶瓷滤芯将会更加广泛地应用于饮用水处理领域。

本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗菌性能好的陶瓷滤芯,由以下重量份原料制成:膨润土15-20、海砂6-8、珊瑚化石4-6、菱镁矿渣5-7、石榴石2-4、金刚药石3-5、纳米氮化硅1-2、聚丙烯酸钠1-2、柠檬酸1-3、天然锰砂1-3、硅酸锆1-2、活性炭30-35、纳米二氧化钛2-4、纳米银1-2、玉米芯粉3-5、锯末2-4、聚乙烯醇1-2、碳酸氢铵1-3、十二烷基硫酸钠1-2、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-2。
一种抗菌性能好的陶瓷滤芯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将柠檬酸放入20-22倍的水中,搅拌均匀后放入活性炭,浸泡2-4小时,将十二烷基硫酸钠溶于适量的水中,加入天然锰砂,高速搅拌使天然锰砂均匀分散,然后将天然锰砂分散液与活性炭溶液混合,搅拌55-65分钟后将所得混合物料热风干燥,完全除去水分,破碎成250-300目备用;
(2)将膨润土、石榴石、菱镁矿渣放入12-14%氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡1-3小时,洗净,115-125℃干燥10-14小时,然后在440-460℃下煅烧4-6小时,取出,冷却,打碎研细,再加入纳米氮化硅、硅酸锆、聚丙烯酸钠,混合研磨25-35分钟,烘干备用;
(3)将海砂、珊瑚化石、金刚药石混合并加入球磨罐中,加入适量的水,以90-110rpm的转速球磨3-5小时,然后加入步骤(1)中原料、步骤(2)中原料以及其它剩余原料,以120-140rpm的转速球磨2-4小时,得混合浆料;
(4)将混合浆料静置熟化7-9小时,然后缓慢倒入石膏模的型腔中成型,得滤芯坯体,静置6-8小时,脱模,得滤芯生坯 ;
(5)将滤芯生坯在90-100℃干燥4-6小时,然后在惰性气体保护下,在950-1050℃下烧结成陶瓷滤芯即可。

(2)将膨润土、石榴石、菱镁矿渣放入13%氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡2小时,洗净,120℃干燥12小时,然后在450℃下煅烧5小时,取出,冷却,打碎研细,再加入纳米氮化硅、硅酸锆、聚丙烯酸钠,混合研磨30分钟,烘干备用;
(3)将海砂、珊瑚化石、金刚药石混合并加入球磨罐中,加入适量的水,以100rpm的转速球磨4小时,然后加入步骤(1)中原料、步骤(2)中原料以及其它剩余原料,以130rpm的转速球磨3小时,得混合浆料;
(4)将混合浆料静置熟化8小时,然后缓慢倒入石膏模的型腔中成型,得滤芯坯体,静置7小时,脱模,得滤芯生坯 ;
(5)将滤芯生坯在95℃干燥5小时,然后在惰性气体保护下,在1020℃下烧结成陶瓷滤芯即可。
实施例3,一种抗菌性能好的陶瓷滤芯,由以下重量份(kg)原料制成:膨润土20、海砂8、珊瑚化石6、菱镁矿渣7、石榴石4、金刚药石5、纳米氮化硅2、聚丙烯酸钠2、柠檬酸3、天然锰砂3、硅酸锆2、活性炭35、纳米二氧化钛4、纳米银2、玉米芯粉5、锯末4、聚乙烯醇2、碳酸氢铵3、十二烷基硫酸钠2、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2。
一种抗菌性能好的陶瓷滤芯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将柠檬酸放入22倍的水中,搅拌均匀后放入活性炭,浸泡4小时,将十二烷基硫酸钠溶于适量的水中,加入天然锰砂,高速搅拌使天然锰砂均匀分散,然后将天然锰砂分散液与活性炭溶液混合,搅拌65分钟后将所得混合物料热风干燥,完全除去水分,破碎成300目备用;
(2)将膨润土、石榴石、菱镁矿渣放入14%氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡3小时,洗净,125℃干燥10小时,然后在460℃下煅烧4小时,取出,冷却,打碎研细,再加入纳米氮化硅、硅酸锆、聚丙烯酸钠,混合研磨35分钟,烘干备用;
(3)将海砂、珊瑚化石、金刚药石混合并加入球磨罐中,加入适量的水,以110rpm的转速球磨3小时,然后加入步骤(1)中原料、步骤(2)中原料以及其它剩余原料,以140rpm的转速球磨2小时,得混合浆料;
(4)将混合浆料静置熟化9小时,然后缓慢倒入石膏模的型腔中成型,得滤芯坯体,静置8小时,脱模,得滤芯生坯 ;
(5)将滤芯生坯在100℃干燥4小时,然后在惰性气体保护下,在1050℃下烧结成陶瓷滤芯即可。
上述实施例1-3制得的陶瓷滤芯的主要性能检测结果如下表所示:

Claims (2)
1.一种抗菌性能好的陶瓷滤芯,其特征在于:由以下重量份原料制成:膨润土15-20、海砂6-8、珊瑚化石4-6、菱镁矿渣5-7、石榴石2-4、金刚药石3-5、纳米氮化硅1-2、聚丙烯酸钠1-2、柠檬酸1-3、天然锰砂1-3、硅酸锆1-2、活性炭30-35、纳米二氧化钛2-4、纳米银1-2、玉米芯粉3-5、锯末2-4、聚乙烯醇1-2、碳酸氢铵1-3、十二烷基硫酸钠1-2、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌性能好的陶瓷滤芯的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将柠檬酸放入20-22倍的水中,搅拌均匀后放入活性炭,浸泡2-4小时,将十二烷基硫酸钠溶于适量的水中,加入天然锰砂,高速搅拌使天然锰砂均匀分散,然后将天然锰砂分散液与活性炭溶液混合,搅拌55-65分钟后将所得混合物料热风干燥,完全除去水分,破碎成250-300目备用;
(2)将膨润土、石榴石、菱镁矿渣放入12-14%氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡1-3小时,洗净,115-125℃干燥10-14小时,然后在440-460℃下煅烧4-6小时,取出,冷却,打碎研细,再加入纳米氮化硅、硅酸锆、聚丙烯酸钠,混合研磨25-35分钟,烘干备用;
(3)将海砂、珊瑚化石、金刚药石混合并加入球磨罐中,加入适量的水,以90-110rpm的转速球磨3-5小时,然后加入步骤(1)中原料、步骤(2)中原料以及其它剩余原料,以120-140rpm的转速球磨2-4小时,得混合浆料;
(4)将混合浆料静置熟化7-9小时,然后缓慢倒入石膏模的型腔中成型,得滤芯坯体,静置6-8小时,脱模,得滤芯生坯 ;
(5)将滤芯生坯在90-100℃干燥4-6小时,然后在惰性气体保护下,在950-1050℃下烧结成陶瓷滤芯即可。
