本发明公开了一种吸音降噪自清洁透水砖,本发明将核桃壳炭化处理后经室温研磨,孔隙表面吸附光催化材料纳米二氧化钛,经光照射时生成羟基自由基、超氧离子自由基以及H2O自由基均具有很强的氧化、分解能力,将各种有机物直接氧化为CO2和H2O等无机小分子,应用于透水砖中不仅可以降解大气中的汽车尾气等,还具有较强的吸附性,吸音降噪效果佳,本发明以改性糖滤泥为成孔剂,锌渣、硅线石、铝质粘土为骨料,经高温烧结后制得的透水砖孔隙率大自清洁效果优,不仅具有高透水性,还具有很好的吸声效果,起到降噪的作用,还具有很好吸附重金属离子和过滤作用,有利环保,大大减少环境压力,而且制造方法简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种吸音降噪自清洁透水砖及其制作方法。
背景技术
随着城市水资源的不断匾乏,以及城市环境人性化的追求,透水砖的研发引起了材料、环境和市政工程专家的广泛关注。透水砖具有良好的渗水性及保湿性,能很好的缓解城市由于被非透水地面铺装覆盖造成的“城市荒漠化”及“热岛效应”,还可以在一定程度上缓解城市内涝,补充城市地下水,调节城市环境,有利于保持城市水平衡。现有的透水砖向高密实、高强度方向发展,其抗压强度比较高,但依然存在诸多缺陷,一方面是透水性非常差,即使有透水性能好的砖块,但其抗压强度达不到路面铺装要求,同时透水砖经过长期使用,表面以及孔隙很容易落入各种污物形成堵塞而不能自动清除,削弱了透水效果,生态效果较差,并且使用中对排水设施的要求较高,如遇到雨后排水不畅的情况发生,则易产生积水问题。另一方面现有的技术生产的透水砖功能较为单一,它们只是简单的使降水透过砖体渗入地下,不能有效去除水中所含污染物,对透过砖体的污水起不到净化作用。为解决这些问题,需要开发一种新型的同时具有透水和净化功能的自清洁透水砖。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种吸音降噪自清洁透水砖及其制作方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种吸音降噪自清洁透水砖,由下列重量份的原料制成:锌渣33-35、硅线石12-14、铝质粘土18-20、水泥12-14、糖滤泥23-24、蛋壳8-10、氧化铝空心微球6-8、核桃壳7-9、硝酸铁1-3、田菁胶4-6、氧化锡锑1.2-1.4、纳米二氧化钛0.8-1.1、碳化钨蜡粉9-12、适量水。
所述的一种吸音降噪自清洁透水砖的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将核桃壳烘干放入炭化炉中于450-500℃的温度下,隔绝空气炭化20-30分钟,冷却至室温加入纳米二氧化钛、氧化锡锑、碳化钨蜡粉研磨40-50分钟;
(2)将糖滤泥水洗后于50-60℃温度下烘干,送入高速混合机中加入田菁胶、氧化铝空心微球、硝酸铁、蛋壳和适量的水,以1400-1500转/min的速度高速搅拌15-20分钟,干燥,超声研磨成粉烘干;
(3)将锌渣、硅线石、铝质粘土于690-780℃高温煅烧处理后粉碎至120-140目,加入步骤(1)、(2)物料及其他剩余成分混匀,投入球磨机中球磨2-3小时,喷水造粒、陈化2天后压制成生砖坯;
(4)将生砖坯自然晾晒风干,在箱式电阻炉中于1060-1100℃烧结1-2小时,自然冷却至室温出料。

(3)将锌渣、硅线石、铝质粘土于690℃高温煅烧处理后粉碎至120目,加入步骤(1)、(2)物料及其他剩余成分混匀,投入球磨机中球磨2小时,喷水造粒、陈化2天后压制成生砖坯;
(4)将生砖坯自然晾晒风干,在箱式电阻炉中于1060℃烧结1小时,自然冷却至室温出料。
使用本发明生产的自清洁透水砖的技术参数指标如下:透水砖的抗压强度可达34.3MPa,抗折强度达3.32MPa,透水系数为0.4cm/s。

1.一种吸音降噪自清洁透水砖,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:锌渣33-35、硅线石12-14、铝质粘土18-20、水泥12-14、糖滤泥23-24、蛋壳8-10、氧化铝空心微球6-8、核桃壳7-9、硝酸铁1-3、田菁胶4-6、氧化锡锑1.2-1.4、纳米二氧化钛0.8-1.1、碳化钨蜡粉9-12、适量水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸音降噪自清洁透水砖的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将核桃壳烘干放入炭化炉中于450-500℃的温度下,隔绝空气炭化20-30分钟,冷却至室温加入纳米二氧化钛、氧化锡锑、碳化钨蜡粉研磨40-50分钟;
(2)将糖滤泥水洗后于50-60℃温度下烘干,送入高速混合机中加入田菁胶、氧化铝空心微球、硝酸铁、蛋壳和适量的水,以1400-1500转/min的速度高速搅拌15-20分钟,干燥,超声研磨成粉烘干;
