Abstract

용기 밀폐부는 가소성 셀과 상기 셀내에서 가소성 재료를 유체화시키므로써 성형되는 라이너를 포함한다. 함몰부는 스커트벽의 내측 외주면의 상단면에서 원주방향으로 이격된 위치에 형성된다. 상기 함몰부들은 각각 적어도 일부가 방사방향 외측으로 연장된 원주 길이를 갖는다. 복수개의 돌출부는 함몰부에 대응하여 라이너의 외측 외주면에 형성된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 용기 밀폐부벽의 젭실시예의 부분 절단 측면도, 제2도는 제1도의 선 A-A를 따른 단면도, 제3도는 제1도에 도시된 용기 밀 폐부의 부분 종단면도, 제5도는 제1도의 용기 밀폐부가 용기의 주입구 부분상에 장착된 상태를 부분적으로 절단한 측면도, 제6도는 본 발명에 따른 용기 밀폐부의 제2실시예를 부분 절단한 측면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 상부 패널벽과 상기 상부 패널벽의 외주 모서리로부터 하향으로 연장되느 스커트 벽을 갖는 플라스틱셀과 상기 셀내에서 플라스틱재를 유체화시켜 성형되는 플라스틱 라이너를 포함하는 용기 밀폐기에 있어서, 상기 스커트벽의 내측 외주면의 상단부에서 원주 방향으로 이격된 위치에 형성되는 복수개의 함몰부와, 성형중 함몰부내로 흐르게 되는 플라스틱재에 의해 형성된 복수개의 돌출부를 포함하며, 상기 각각의 함몰부는 원주방향 길이가 적어도 부분적으로 방사방향 외측으로 증가시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 밀폐기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 함몰부는 원주방향 길이가 적어도 부분적으로 상향으로 증가시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 밀폐기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 함몰부는 원주방향으로 동일한 거리에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 밀폐기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상부 패널벽의 내측면으로부터 하향으로 연장되는 현수된 상단면과 상기 현수된 상단면 아래에 위치된 나선은 스커트벽의 내측 외주면상에 형성되며, 방사 방향 외측으로 연장되는 견부면은 현수된 상단면과 나선 형성면의 사이에 형성되며, 상기 함몰부는 현수된 상단면에 형성되며, 각각의 함몰부의 방사방향 외측 단면의 내경(rc)과 내측 나선의 방사 방향 내측 모서리의 내경(rd)는 rc≤rd의 관계인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 밀폐기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 현수된 상단면과 나선 형성면 사이에 위치된 전이면은 스커트벽의 내측 외주면상에도 형성되며, 상기 전이면은 내경이 re인 원통형이며 상기 내경은 rc≤re≤rd의 관계인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 밀폐기.
