Abstract

본 발명은 가압하에 하나 이상의 보조 기체의 도움으로 액체, 특히 점도가 높은 액체를 분부시키는 장치에 관한 것이며, 상기 장치는 각각 분무 오리피스(12)를 포함하며, 분무시키고자 하는 액체가 공급되는 복수개의 제1도관을 포함한다.
본 발명에 의하면, 각각의 제1도관(11)은 가압하에 보조 기체 원에 연결된 두개의 도관(13,14)에 접속되어 있으며, 상기 두개의 제2도관(13,14)은 두개의 별도 부위와 제1도관(12)의 측면에서 연통된다.

제1도는 제1도의 선 Ⅰ- Ⅰ에 따른 장치의 제1구체예를 나타낸 축상단면 투시도, 제2도는 제1도의 화살표(F) 방향을 따른 장치 말단으 투시도, 제3도는 본 발명 장치의 제1도관 및 제2도관의 연결예를 상세히 예시하는 투시도, 제4도는 제1도 및 제2도와 유사한 본 발명 장치의 제2구체예를 나타낸 투시도.

Claims (13)

  1. 각각 분무 오리피스(12)가 구비된 복수개의 제1도관(11)내에서 순환되는 액체 특히, 점도가 높은 액체를 하나 이상의 보조 기체의 도움으로 분무시키는 방법에 있어서, 분무 오리피스의 상류에서 둘 이상의 별도의 부위와 측면에서 연통되는 둘 이상의 제2도관(13,14)을 통해서 보조 기체를 제1도관에 가압하에 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 분무시키고자 하는 액체가 복수개의 제1도관(11)에 공급되는 것을 포함하며, 상기 제1도관이 각각 분무 오리피스(12)를 포함하며, 가압하에 하나 이상의 보조 기체의 도움으로 액체, 특히 점도가 높은 액체를 분무시키는 장치에 있어서, 상기 각각의 제1도관(11)이 가압하에 보조 기체원에 연결된 둘 이상의 제2도관(13,14)에 접속되어 있고, 두개의 제2도관(13,14)이 별개의 둘 이상의 부위에서 제1도관(12)의 측면에서 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 두개의 제2도관(13,14)이 제1도관(11)의 축에 수직인 동일 면에 대략 배치된 부위로 제1도관(11)과 연통되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 두개의 제2도관(13,14)이 길이 방향으로 이격된 두개의 부위에서 제1도관(11)과 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도관(11,13 및 14)의 축들이 거의 동일 면상에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 두개의 제2도관(13,14)의 축이 제1도관(11)의 축과 이루는 각도(a1, a3)가 0 내지 90°인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 두개의 제2도관(13,14)의 횡단 크기가 제1도관(11)의 횡단 크기와 거의 동일하거나 이보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제2항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1도관(11) 및 제2도관(13,14)의 횡단 크기가 1㎜ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제2항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 복수의 제1도관(11)을 포함한 헤드(1)를 포함하고, 상기 제1도관의 분무 오리피스(12)가 크라운형 원을 따라 규칙적으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제2항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 경우에 따라서 횡단 크기가 다른 제1도관(11,11′)의 두개 이상의 쌍을 포함하며, 제1도관의 분무 오리피스(12,12′)는 동축상의 두개 이상의 크라운형 원을 따라 규칙적으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 제2항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나의 공급 파이프(4)에서 여러개의 제1도관(11)으로 분무시키고자 하는 액체를 공급하는 동안, 하나의 파이프(9)에서 제2도관(13,14)으로 가압하에 보조 기체를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 각각 액체 및 보조 기체를 공급하는 파이프(4,9)가 동심상에 있고, 보조 기체는 두개의 파이프로 나뉘어 있는 환상 구역의 공간내에서 순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 각각 액체 및 보조 기체를 공급하는 파이프(4,9)는 서로 별개의 파이프이며, 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
