Abstract

본 발명은 클린룸 입실 동선 중 하나인 에어샤워장치에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 다중 필터를 하나의 필터로 단일화하고 에어샤워실의 하부를 클린룸의 지하영역과 접하도록 하여 구조를 간단히 할 뿐 아니라 에어샤워실의 상부를 아치형으로 하여 기체의 흐름을 원활히 하도록 제작하고 작동함으로써 에너지 효율과 입자제거 효율을 높을 수 있는 효과를 제공할 뿐 아니라 이를 자동화하여 체계적으로 입자를 제거할 수 있는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 종래의 에어샤워장치의 구조를 도시한 도면, 제2도(가), (나) 및 (다)는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 클린룸용 개방형 에어샤워 장치의 평면도, 정면도 및 측면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 클린룸용 개방형 에어샤워 장치를 정면쪽에서 바라본 투시도.

Claims (9)

  1. 기체를 이동시키는 구동수단과, 기체가 여과되는 필터와, 상기 필터를 통과한 기체가 저장되고 이동하는 기체저장실과, 상기 기체저장실으로부터 기체가 흡입되는 흡기노즐을 상부에 구비하고, 상기 흡기노즐을 통하여 들어온 기체를 배출하는 배기공을 하부에 구비한 에어샤워실을 포함하는 클린룸용 개방형 에어샤워 장치에서, 상기 기체저장실로 들어가는 기체는 클린룸의 내부로부터 유입됨을 특징으로 하는 클린룸용 개방형 에어샤워장치.
  2. 제1항에서, 상기 기체저장실은 상기 에어샤워실의 상부를 둘러싸고 있으며 상기 클린룸으로부터 기체가 들어오는 흡입구가 있는 클린룸용 개방형 에어샤워 장치.
  3. 제2항에서, 상기 필터는 상기한 기체저장실의 흡입구에 설치되어 있는 클린룸용 개방형 에어샤워 장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에서, 상기 배기공에 상기 배기공의 개방율을 조절할 수 있는 셔터가 부착되어 있는 클린룸용 개방형 에어샤워 장치.
  5. 제4항에서, 상기 배기공에 필터가 설치된 클린룸용 개방형 에어샤워 장치.
  6. 제1항에서, 상기 에어샤워실의 상부는 아치형인 클린룸용 개방형 에어샤워 장치.
  7. 제1항에서, 상기 에어샤워실에는 개폐가능한 출입구가 있는 클린룸용 개방형 에어샤워 장치.
  8. 제7항에서, 상기 상기 구동수단은 에어샤워실의 내부에 물체가 있는 경우에만 구동되는 클린룸용 개방형 에어샤워 장치.
  9. 제8항에서, 기체를 이동시키며 항상 구동되는 보조구동수단을 더 포함하는 클린룸용 개방형 에어샤워 장치.
